I have a legitimate question. I watched the initial Sidescrollers interview and saw this as his Mundane Matt moment. He had the choice to either take the bandaid off and move on, or just keep on hiding and continue on his downward spiral. I think the best course of action was to do what Matt did. Is he better off for keep on lying, and then half-admitting after PPP convinced him to? He could just get a normal job and have some shred of dignity left.

If he couldn't beg on the internet, he would just beg to his family, neighbors, and finally on a street corner, but that's about all Phil will ever do.

Yeah, it seems like most detractors are not red pilled on the nature of beggars that explains a lot of DSP's behavior.

I remember posting a video on here a few years back about a news story of some quasi crippled guy who would act retarded and gloated about making six figures tax free. Technically his legs were fucked up but he wasn't wheelchair bound and he got a big payout when he was younger from an ATV accident but he loved his booze and pills.

That's why it's stupid when people ( i.e. retards) talk about how Phil could've made a lot more money leaning into the jokes, playing along with it, posting clips or whatever else. If Phil ever really came to terms with what he is then that might be the end of his streaming career. And really, what kind of job could Phil get? Even if his income is halved he'd still be making around 60k, which is more than any job he'd be likely to get.

phil is unemployable and that's not hyperbole. his only option would be to get the government to recognize him as retarded (shouldn't be difficult) and just be a disabled guy. the best he could do is be like a secretary or admin assistant where he just fucks with calendars and moving files around and shit. he's only capable of doing not-real-job busy work shit.

in his WPIG job lore compilation, he REFUSES to do extra work like completing courses/training but expects career growth and accolades. he is such a terrible worker that bestbuy fired him for getting <2 dollars of discounts and incorrectly using his employee discount for profit. they were looking for literally any policy to catch him on.

he's too antisocial and negative charm/charisma to do any public facing job and he has back problems so he can barely even drive, allegedly. and none of that even touches on the fact that he is barely competent at simple tasks. he's extremely scared to try things he has never done before i.e. change a PC fan out. nobody can employee someone like that, it's actually a massive issue.

he would only be capable of doing shit like 'office manager' where he makes meaningless alterations to workflow that goes against everything the other employees want or need and is able to berate people with reviews in a professional setting because he's an evil piece of shit and loves to point out how stupid other people are when he has no concrete understanding of how the systems work that he's involved in. he would be a very useful idiot for upper management since he's a submissive ball licker for authority if he perceives that they allocate him special powers that the lower employees don't have. that's really the only thing i could see him doing.
