Why stop at two? Frankly the more the merrier, if it can be done at all, go for broke & dilute the coastal/urban shitlibs' voting power as much as possible by creating as many red states out of northern/eastern/far southern Cali as you can get away with.

California would likely go through a reconstruction period if this happened. Deciding what gets split, who the new governors are, etc. They effectively would be a territory for a while before becoming a state again. Or multiple

Nonlethal doesn't fucking exist and is a lawsuit liability. Pepper spray can kill someone on a bad day. Less than lethal is the accurate term. Isn't supposed to kill, but sometimes does

Less lethal can still kill or maim at close distances, while nonlethal is considered to have a much lower risk of bodily harm than less lethal. But in reality there's nothing really "non lethal" because you can pretty much find a way to kill somebody with anything

THEY USED to use the american 180 for riots, carrying between 165 and 275 rounds of 22lr. Generally less lethal than other rounds but enough you HAD to stop and get medical care or you'd probably die. OR it was just harder to shrug off than gas or rubber bullets

if you had 100 of these on the ground the riot would stop in a day

Pallets of cement bricks within striking distance of the ICE agents have been discovered in Paramount, California.

There’s no other pallets around, some are in the back of the gate, but these are in front of the gate. Protestors apparently threw these bricks at ICE agents.
