No bullshit, try to see if you're able to find at the absolute minimum 30 minutes of free time for literally anything at all beyond the scope of preparing for the next day/work/chores/whatever. You can allocate to whatever the fuck you want - reading literature, some calisthenics superset, learning a new programming principle, anything at all. If you're able to find 30 minutes every day for anything at all, 7 days a week, you're already allocating at least 3 hours a week to something that's beyond the scope of wagemaxxing (which you seem to doom about all the time). That's the kind of shit that'll add up over time, trust me.
