My honest guess is that she instantly put them on her permanent shitlist the moment they pushed back against her retarded BPD antics for the first time instead of mutely rolling over like a Denny's server. So this could be considered Haram and I'm not sure if she had her tattoos before dating ian. So the punishment for this could differ from country to country but it usually involves imprisonment (between 2 months to 2 years) or lashes ( up to 74).

Intimacy out of marriage: based on claims from Ethan on the H3H3 podcast we are pretty sure that Anisa had sex with Ian before they married and even though they ended up dating and marrying, intimacy out of marriage I heavily prohibited in Islam since it's considered Zina. This could have punishments of lashing, execution, or stoning.
