I fully believe we will get another 11th hour batshit filing about the sanctions and I'm very much looking forward to it. My personal bet is that it will be too cumbersome for the poor widdle retard to figure out and he DEMANDS that the process be simplified.

I also have a sneaking suspicion that he has confused paying the filing fee with paying the sanctions. I can't find the exact post but I could swear I remember Null posting that Greee said "fine, I'll pay the sanctions" on the same day or the day after paying the filing fees.

Here's the post:
Russ sent an email in re: order to pay fee, along the lines of "Well, you got what you wanted - I only make $14 an hour but I'll pay. Are you happy?"

This was immediately after the District Judge refused Greer's attempt to stay the paying of the sanction again (and Greer suddenly paid the filing fee). And because Null is often, shall we say, imprecise in his choice of words, I asked if he was referring to the sanction or to the filing fee, and Null replied "sanction." But as ever, we won't know for sure until we see either the money or the motion to undo the thing that Greer was repeatedly ordered to do.

One might wonder if that's what the intention was in adding "Chris Wilson" and "W.H." to the new LLC that was just registered less than a month ago. Are we still looking for someone to get copies of those filing documents from SilverFlume? They might not show anything juicy, but then again they might.

Greer trying to hide financial assets could be even funnier than anything he's managed to do in this case so far.

I believe that the original SPO is what applies to this case. However, I do not know if the Court has stated this explicitly.
I'm 80% sure Mr Magistrate clarified at some point that the more recent SPO applies, under the logic of using the date of when the case was re-transferred from Florida. ¹
But I did not manage to find where he said so, Ctrl+F in the court hearing transcript didn't turn anything.

__________
¹ ECF No. 130. This case originated in this court as Case No. 2:20-cv-00647-DBB-JCB and was
transferred to the Northern District of Florida. That district returned it to this court and it was
reopened with case number 2:24-cv-00421-DBB-JCB.

It's the current SPO (for cases filed post-12/1/23), based on this docket text order:

But the AEO designation is inappropriate in either case. Hardin can file a motion per the terms in the current SPO and if he does, Greer is royally fucked.

I am looking forward to the 10th, not because I think that Russhole is going to do anything but plightsperg about the filings (although that will be entertaining), but because this means that the Judge will actually have to look at the case again.

I wouldn't be surprised if the judge was on a tropical beach for the last 3 weeks considering he has done nothing about the recent 30+ filings.

Him having to sort through over a dozen drool covered docket submissions all at once has to be something that breaks the tard shield even more.

The boldest shit I ever saw from a pro se plaintiff was one who reported the judge to the FBI because she took issue with how he ran his court (and this was after that judge had erroneously awarded her a summary judgment — which was overturned five years later). I wonder if Russ has the guts to do that. I bet he doesn’t!

Also Iirc today or tomorrow is the last days before the deadline for the status report by Hardin on Greer delivering the restraining order documents he was supposed to deliver.

So we have that to look forward to as well.

This is a legal maneuver that every criminal lawyer learns, that they don't teach in law school.
You can file any manner of police reports against judges pretty much without consequence because you technically never put them in harms way (due to them being in charge of the police). It can be used to spook some younger or less educated judges.

The status report is due tomorrow. Greer's payment of sanctions is due today.

I'm expecting a last minute motion to reconsider to reconsider the ruling that was already made to not undo the thing that was already done on the sanctions today.

Do we reckon the "business funds" are going to be $774.75 lighter by the end of the day or nah?

He generally starts to play ball once he feels like he's losing control of the situation, but it may just be that he's too much of a broke boy to comply. I don't doubt that he has money he'd rather spend on whores, but if the sanctions keep snowballing, they'll exceed his ability to pay very quickly.

A debtor's exam could yield some extremely funny results.

Big no.

The only thing that will get Greer to cough up is the very real threat of more financial sanctions. He's going to claim he's awaiting his request for the court to reconsider his sanction so why would he pay before this is resolved.?

But even when they tell him the sanctions stand, he still won't pay.

On 6/12/2025, The Supreme Court will consider whether they should take up a case of whether Sony can just steal your internet after allegations of infringement. Both Sony and its enemies have cited the Greer v. Moon case for their side.
SCOTUS rescheduled the case

That was not his reasoning. His reasoning was that the Scheduling Order date was the thing that decided whether a new or old SPO was to be used.

My guess is that Greer files something within an hour of the court closing, likely late enough that it doesn't get posted until tomorrow backdated to today.

it will 100% be plight based screeching about how he refuses to pay Null even though he could.

But speaking of, does Greer have until end of the day (11:59pm) or until the court closes to pay up? If its midnight, I am sure tomorrow we will get to hear about how he super duper tried to make a payment but the bank was closed, so please give him another month extension because he's too busy to send an e-check or wire transfer or however the hell he'll try to send payment.

Chances of him claiming the check is in the mail?

that doesnt make a big difference anymore

if his payment arrives a few hours or days late, the court will be fine with it and consider the matter dealt with, no reason to start even more back and forth bickering over trivial shit like "my money arrived three days late!!"

if he just doesn't pay at all, that's when the court will get angry about it. and of course if he starts arguing about how he can't pay, doesn't want to pay, or shouldn't have to pay, that'll be funny too.

I’m assuming the only way we will know if Russell does pay the sanctions is if Null comes and tells us? No docket entry needed for confirmation of that, right?

I believe there will only be a docket entry if he does not pay, as Mr. Hardin will therefore have to inform the Judge of that.
