Is anyone else seeing what I see in ECF 333 at 8? On my screen, there is a "loading" circle that last for a few seconds. Screenshots of beautiful Instagram models then pop up in rapid succession. The last image is then the (presumably) intended screenshot of an email.
LMFAO....I didn't see that but your question made me run the filing through an analyzer. It extracted all the images it found and sure enough, you were correct!!!

Glad we have e-thots officially on the record now!

Please stop doing this. Either post the document or get someone to do it for you. No one benefits from half-baked Courtlistener screencaps
He's just never going to understand discovery or exhibits, is he?

Refusing to get a cashier's check (or pay $2 for registered or certified mail) is a doozy.

Nigga they thought you were a loser the day you were sitting in front of them. They had to re-assure the Scott Shady owner that nobody took you seriously. Hardin didn't do anything but give the city clerk an interesting afternoon. YOU were the one yelling at Ruth in all caps!

Fairly certain it was "All discovery stayed pending ruling on motion to dismiss aside from Mr. Greee producing the documents he said he was happy to provide months ago and still hasn't done so despite multiple orders to do so", or am I having a massive rush of shit to the brain?
Greee has written this entirely based on what Hardin originally asked for, and not on what the magistrate actually ordered. Hardin did ask for a stay until the John Does were served, but Bennett said he's not going to do that, he's instead going to stay everything until the motion to dismiss is decided. This is of course reflected in the transcript Greee never read, and the written order he never read, and in Hardin's filing that referenced those two things he never read. He really has no idea what's going on in the case.

The one detail I wish Greer could absorb is that Hardin is allowed to litigate the underlying copyright issues, but he's also allowed to litigate the manner in which Greer is litigating the case. Falling back on "he's investigating my conduct as a litigant instead of litigating the copyright issue!" is getting tiresome as an audience member to this dumpster fire. Greer asked for all this when he willfully started weaponizing litigation against Null; the process is the punishment, but Greer lacks the strategic wherewithal to remain the punisher and has now become the punished.

Don't start a knife fight then complain about how unfair it is that they brought a machete when all you brought is a peasant knife.

Besides, there's nothing to litigate about the copyright issue right now since the botched amended complaint is going to ultimately get the case dismissed.

Holy shit he's such an insane coomer. Can't even download an image he has to bizarrely take an entire phone screenshot for his porn stash.

Yes, based on all the new evidence that has come to light (IFP status being removed), we all sincerely ask this Court to reconsider its February ruling [to reduce the sanctions] and reconsider it to make it the full $5000+ warranted.

Oh Greee, you mean like in Greer v Moon where the Judge arbitrarily awarded $1000 sanctions for fees that were well documented to reasonably exceed $5000?

Is Greee just creating arguments FOR Hardin at this point to go back and get the rest of his money? :story: This is what my Monday needed.

Final edit I swear:

He almost said the thing! Now that "Hardship" is in his iPhone's autocorrect, how long until it replaces Hardin in a future filing?

I saw the same thing and thought I was going crazy. WTF is going on with that pdf?

I was looking forward to this all weekend.

I'm afraid I have to agree with Mr. Greee here, though I'd say the misconduct isn't for refusing to sanction Null.

It was not by my hand that I was once again given flesh!

He's never actually given an incident report about anything happening to anyone around him, has he? Not even evidence of pizza deliveries.

I'm sure the judge is going to love this.

Hardin already spelled it out so there's no excuse that he'd still have this misconception. At least its an interesting hill to die on.

Pretty hilarious also that Greer references the original motion for stay of discovery at ECF 245, but continues to fail to cite the actual order for stay of discovery at ECF 283, in which the only exception to the stay is the Utah docs pending ruling on the motion to dismiss.

I know Greer is not operating in traditional SovCit fashion, but his methods are essentially the same: Always pretend you don't understand. Never, ever acknowledge that you actually comprehend what's expected of you or ordered from you, because if you understand it that means you agree with it and you can never let them have that. Persistently insist that you don't grasp what is happening or what the law actually says. Play eternally dumb, because if you didn't understand anything, then they can never, ever punish you. After all, you didn't understand.

His entire excuse for not realizing the stay of discovery wasn't about the Jon Does is based on his own personal notes from the hearing, so he's swung the door wide open for some more discussion of his "distractions" during the hearing.

e: lol, he's even gotten distracted again in this filing with the image mishap.

How does this happen?
Unbridled retardation. It is unstoppable.

ETA: someone below said he may have fat-fingered a multi-selection of photos, but that makes me wonder 1) wtf is he screenshotting all the e-thots for (oh dear God I don't want to ponder that for too long); and 2, how the ever-loving fuck do you manage to stack them all on top of one another so precisely that you don't see what you did?

Lastly: Christ almighty, Russell, charge your phone.

But but but he wrote it down! Writing stuff down while cruising prostitutes and prepping for your big show in Winnemucca is obviously the only reliable way to get information, and it clearly trumps what anyone actually ordered.

Presumably he fat-fingered selecting a range of files to attach to his submission.
This. He selected multiple images and then layered them on top of each other.

Extremely creepy and disgusting that he is keeping screenshots of thots' Instagram profiles/posts in his Camera Roll. No wonder he needs to clear up space by regularly deleting his records of litigation.

How does this happen?
I thought he might have pasted a video recording, but apparently he somehow pasted multiple images on top of each other. The filesize is much larger (3MB) than some others.

Now some poor fucker has to run an ANAL-izer on all his shitty screenshot filings and see if he done it before.

This is amusing enough that it should probably be featured lol - glad to see it in cummunity happenin's

Holy shit he's such an insane coomer. Can't even download an image he has to bizarrely take an entire phone screenshot for his porn stash.
Also now we know what is so important that his iPhone has no storage space for important legal documents. Gigs and gigs of instathot screenshots
