Lol, nothing about these "protests" is organic. They aren't starting off peaceful and ending up subverted, by nogs or anyone else. This is straight up the same people* and organizations behind the 2020 riots.
Posse Comitatus. That being said, the obvious answer is just invoke the Insurrection Act. I have no idea why Trump still hasn't bothered to do that. I guess that's my big question, why hasn't he done the thing that allows him to do the thing?
