it is interesting that greer didn't cite any source for this claim. to whom did the realtor "report" that "Kiwi Farmers want 'a piece of my flesh'"? if it was to greer, that's not a "report"; that's just a comment. if, however, it was to the police as a threat of violence, then that should be easily proven with a police report ... oh.

Probably others have looked at this as well. Stacked screenshots in exhibits go back awhile in Greee's exhibits. "Inkscape" is a decent tool for grabbing them. In this early case from early 2024, Greer was snapshotting email pages. He manage to stack about 5 images on page 13 (Exhibit "C"). He seems to realize he was missing them because he added additional pages that duplicated the images in the stack. This is from over a year ago so he's had this process problem for a while. I extracted the stacked images from page 13. He seems to have also placed them on separate pages so I don't think there is anything new in the stack. Probably lots of his filings that included screen shots have stacked images.

For clarification, the “realtor” Greer was talking about is Waylon Huber. “Roger” is the guy who owns the hotel Greer was trying to parcel off so he could use a wing of it as a brothel in Winnemucca. Roger was the one who spoke at the city council hearing that day all, “WTF why was my property being discussed for this without my consent.”

That being said, I'm reasonably confident that, unless he's going against someone with a reputation like Null's, Russell's career as a litigant is finished.

Would a judge rather litigate an intricate that requires him to study deep into cited cases and pay attention to people he doesn't know as they spend hours trying to convince him they are right

There are not, but the first PROPOSED amended complaint had its exhibits doctored. By the time the Amended complaint was actually filed, Russ had managed to find undoctored versions of his exhibits to submit

Null or Hardin can propose anything. And if Greee documents sending to them, and some fuckery happens (like claiming it was never received) it would be a HUGE WIN for Greee - the largest win he'd have received in this case since the 10th. If he really thought that the Defendants would fuck around like that, he'd send a check with all sorts of tracking/etc and wait for the fuckery.
