For the first couple of months your job is to keep the baby fed, warm and well rested so it can adjust to living outside of the womb and the plethora of new experiences and stimuli hitting it. Its always heartbreaking when children are born into a no win sitiuation, even kids born in impoverished third world shitholes dying by age 5 will at least experience some form of affection and love and care before they go.
Assuming this poor child even escapes birth defects from her mother's poisoned body there's no shot its gonna have a healthy and normal life.

I mean, it could be reading books about raising a child, finding others to talk about the challenges with (though I suspect IRL interactions probably send it into a tism fit), mabey take up some craft like crochet or quilting that can be done in the hospital room to make a blanket for the baby, just go on a fucking walk and think. I would normally think this is just a shit post, but good Lord. Poor kid, it doesn't stand a chance.

the idubbbz and rekeita drama and occasional funny ralph falling over gives a good laugh high only to be brought back down to the depressing reality of horrific monsters being able to reproduce and able to do terrible things to their spawn. (and yes when ralph was in the second category it was stressful as fuck too).
all you can do is pray itll be a wake up call to get their shit together, and, sadly, it usually never is
