So I got a bit curious about the fact that, despite having a new venue listed, they're still not selling tickets. Weird, because that's something you'd want to get atop of ASAP, both for need of the cash that provides, and because all those cancellations need to be hooked back on fast, before they forget about the event entirely or schedule something else over it.
Which is how I noticed that they're
not on the event schedule for their location yet. They're barely four months out, that's starting to get dangerously short on the lead time for an event like this to get actually built up, and if they're not even on the calendar weeks after being officially relocated, that tells me they may have jumped a bit fast on 'confirming' something that was anything but. Really makes me want to know what the holdup is. Could be their event licensing and coordinators, could be the location themselves not taking lowballs on the price, could be Ticketmaster asking for something upfront to comp them the costs of having eaten all the card fees on the now refunded first event.
