I would describe it as (probably) being a report to CPS. But a report that did not meet the criteria to be actionable by CPS. CPS not meeting the criteria for a report to be actionable is not the same thing as a report not being believed or a report not being true.

Its possible for someone to report a parent doing terrible things to a child and the report still not reaching the precise legal standard for CPS to do something with it. It happens alot.

But this is typical Nick in that he considers an entity not taking action against him as an exoneration. But that is not really true.

So, he was alleged to have choked and thrown around his child in the lobby of his sister-in-law's chiropractic office, and it's only been reported by the nanny? Nick should have kept his mouth shut; the more he spills, the more I'm leaning towards it probably did happen.

I suspect that he's specifically calling it a "chokeslam" because by framing it as a silly professional wrassling move, it's easier to paint as absurd and impossible.

I get the reason for not posting kids, but it's discussion like this that makes it frustrating.

If you saw Nick's oldest you'd understand. He is a faggier version of Nick. Scrawny, poor kid. If you've seen photos of Nick as a kid it's very similar.

PS Which reminds me to share this post on Nick's birthday a couple of years ago from his aunt "Flash" Rekieta. I thought it was a funny story to share, and it does have photos to accompany it. You can see what I mean about young Nick from those. I'm not sure if I have shared the story before so I am risking a duplication.
