My understanding is that if the case is dismissed the docket becomes figuring out the penalty fees
Considering how the judge has been tardguarding thus far, I'm going to guess that he'll opt for case-ending sanctions in the combined motion for sanctions and moot the motion to dismiss. He won't have any further monetary sanctions beyond the ones he's already issued since he went for the most severe sanctions, terminating the case.

The reason will probably be something along the lines of Rusty's discovery misconduct limiting him to the witnesses and evidence he has already disclosed: none. As such, he will be unable to present any witnesses or evidence, and he must dismiss the case with prejudice as a result. Because sanctions are at the discretion of the Judge, it is unlikely to be appealed by the 10th, so it's better than dismissing on a motion to dismiss, which is more likely to be overturned due to the very liberal pleading standards the 10th is using for pro se retards.

i'm becoming strangely interested in exactly what greee's workflow for making these fucking motions is, like what actual iphone apps he is using

do we think it's google docs on the web or something? some free PDF maker?
To the best of my knowledge, iPhones come with a PDF maker pre installed. You can open a quick menu on almost any file to change it to a PDF. You can turn your screenshots into PDF’s in one click. They have all that shit, mixing, editing, music making, all the software, included in the big ol’ price tag.

It was weird. "Defendants request a second extension of time. Defendants request that I resolve several open matters before they reply, including sanctions. I decline to give Defendants more time, I'll evaluate all the grounds for dismissal at once, and I have nothing, absolutely NOTHING to say about all those open matters they were hoping I would resolve, which have dramatically increased in the intervening weeks and have racked up significant costs for the defense."
Its the judge saying "Attourney child I want you to load every single buckshot pellet you have at trying to get this case dismissed again."

At least the magistrate appears capable of reading the defense filings but hes basically asking hardin to cover every single thing possible which seems to be a bit of a dick move when he could just yaknow, make some rulings or something?

I have every confidence that Mr Hardin will have a literary magdump ready for Greetard by the end of the month.

Might as well just draft it up for now and include any demented sperging he recieves in the interim about how Shitlips has no intention of paying sanctions, brought the suit for an improper purpose and is more preoccupied with trying to force whores on various city officials than producing his god damn document at his god damn cost as ordered multiple times.

Then we can wait for the limp-wristed counterattack of "I don't like paying money, especially to meanieheads" and "Yuh Onna, why should it cost me, a pro se retard, money to retrieve copies of personal documents I voluntarily destroyed? It would be reasonable for the people I'm harassing via frivolous litigation to pay."

If the Judges find a reason to continue this circus into July, they deserve every plightsperge they get.

I am also cautiously optimistic about this, and would suggest patience. It makes sense to ask Hardin to file his last stuff for dismissal if you plan to rule on it this month. Hopefully Russ will give us some entertainment in the meantime.

I do also think it gives us an idea on how limited the amount Russ will have to pay will be when all is said and done. Barlow clearly thinks 1000 (or 1500) dollars is a large penalty for the poor retard, so expecting him to sign off on slapping him with anywhere near full fees feels very ambitious. And let's face it, it won't become better on appeal based on that shitshow, so you'll have to take what you can get.

If anything gives me cause for optimism in respect of those last two judge's rulings, it's the prospect of yet more complaining, plight sperging and refusing to pay from Mr Greee.

It does seem utterly perverse that a judge has to respond to Greee's utter babble with some genuine legal reasoning. But no matter how carefully they explain it, it's going to be beyond the capacity of Russell's tiny retarded brain to comprehend.

Will we see an appeal to the 10th circuit?

My workflow is mostly for Mr. Hardin's postings which come in zip.

All files should be in CourtListener but you'll need to start with the 2020 Utah case, then the Florida case then the 2024 Utah case.
Yeah, I was mostly kidding you, I already looked at the CL filings. Nothing significant (e.g.: pornographic) to report, sadly. But as someone else mentioned, it's funny that we need to make this part of the autistic investigative process any time Russ files something now.

I hope Russ does appeal so that the 10th has to dig through his retarded plight dumps once again and suffer. Also so that Hardin can cross appeal and point out the district judge improperly applied the law with regards to sanctions against Greer and that Russ actually needs to fork over even more money.

The only problem here - he will most likely have to post a bond in the amount of the sanctions levied in order to be able to go forward. Plus the appeal fee. The cost will REALLY cut into the hooker (sans blow) fund. He will throw an absolute FIT at having to put out money. It'll be fun for us.

He just won't do it. If he can't pro-se appeal, he'll just continue to pro-se bitch and likely start a few new lawsuits elsewhere.

Promises to be interesting.
Yeah the Magistrate judge is very much telegraphing intentions by doing this. It is incredibly obvious that at least the Magistrate is on board to dismiss.
No, he specifically said the extension was only to avoid another $500 penalty. Punitive sanctions are always done like this. They start very slowly.
Saying you're going to do a SPECIFIC thing ties you to that. People are freaking out about totally routine shit and ignoring the actual obvious advance, slow as it is.
Yeah it seemed kind of a minor threat of punishment, but this seems like the normal way you do this.

Yeah I think the District Judge is worried about awarding monetary sanctions. There is the theory that the District Judge is tard-guarding for the sake of it which always must be considered.

But my theory is he is worried about sanctions being appealed. I think that is also why the next date Greer has to pay the sanctions is so long from now.

Maybe I'm just being way too optimistic but it seems like Hardin can get case ending sanctions but not monetary ones. At least for now. This might change if the case ends.

He wants no excuse - which is why he did it this way.

It's very "I'm counting to three" type - you've already told them what to do, and they've resisted a few times, now it's serious. Next step is the Judge using Russtard's full name!

Somewhat surprised he didn’t ask what Hardin’s Venmo is, so he could pay the sanctions a dollar at a time, with “are you happy?” in the memo line for each one.
That would actually be hilariously petty. Just imagine Greee sitting at his desk in his car, going through the payment portal's checks and balances to send a payment every 3 minutes doing this for weeks just to be petty, while Venmo adds a transaction fee to every payment costing Gree like 15% more than if he had sent it in one payment, on top of the time he wasted doing the transaction over and over.

If the case ends, Hardin and Null are absolutely filing for legal costs, sanctions, and to have Mr. Bamboon labeled a vexatious litigant. Null needs to collect Rusty's metaphorical scalp to discourage other litigants.
