Dude needs Mald to stream more because his entire livelihood depends on that income, and especially on Dune so they can build up a community again where he has some actual value to Mald and Shaye. Also, all the best drama in Ashes of Creation regarding Thor came from other players splitting off from his guild, and other guilds actively harrassing and stream sniping him. So I'm not hopeful there'll be a lot of opportunities for Thor not to have the power / authority to just fucking timeshift the server if he cries about something.
