It cannot be overstated how hard it is to create the kind of nuclear explosion you're thinking of. Blowing up a nuclear missile or bomb with another conventional weapon will, at worst, simply spread the small amount of nuclear material in the bomb over the blast area (A dirty bomb). Nuclear explosions are like 2-3 extremely controlled and calculated explosions all happening sequentially in the matter of milliseconds. One hiccup or glitch in the chain reaction and you just get a normal, small sized "boom".

Times of Israel liveblogging the bombings as they go, obviously this is a Jewish source operating from the Jewish perspective. So far I've learned the IDF codenamed this 'Operation Nation of Lions' and that Netanyahu seemingly really wanting to go on a vacation this weekend before his son's wedding on Monday was a ruse to try to trick the Iranians into lowering their guard.
