We did, actually.

Since then there have also been Mr. Jorton's attempt to get the files, which was docketed as well.
TWO of the documents are just blank forms?

I'll take the charitable route and assume russtard was again using the courts as his lawyers and demanding forms be sent to him because he's too fucktarded to search for them.

This is odd, because there are several UPS stores closer to him, including one that's 3 minutes away, practically down the street from his supposed apartment.
We can only presume there is some reasonably-attractive girl working at this particular UPS store, and that's why he goes out of his way to drive there.

There is precedent.

Bizarrely, while he rounds up a bit in the email, he rounded down when whining about it in his Motion To Undo The Deadline That Is Now Due.

Obviously it's not a significant issue, but it reinforces Hardin's complaint that Greer just fires off filings without checking anything. It's not just law, transcripts, or standard orders that he doesn't check; he doesn't even check the amounts he is complaining about.
I imagine he fucks every number up deliberately to introduce more confusion to case and increase the burden on the judge who has to do extra work to figure out where all these strange numbers are coming from and can't possibly be bothered to do the work.

The man has unintentionally uploaded multiple screenshots on top of each other on more than one occasion. There is no "deliberately" about it. Everything he submits is a first draft turned final draft based on memory alone. As the good Hardin said, "he just files things" and "he pops off at the mouth".

So Russhole is being a disingenuous fuckhead. It must be a day ending in "Y".

So what would the total cost be for the pages he actually needs? $10-15 or so?
.
And I love how he was so offended in his plightsperging that the official wouldn't stamp each page "attorney's eyes only" like they were being derelict of duty in not doing something Ratmouth could just do himself. I mean :story: .

I don't think he was being disingenuous so much as he's too much of a retard to understand his mistake. If you read the notarized letter that he sent them, it clearly says that he wants a copy of the case file and not just the restraining order. So the clerk did the natural thing in assuming that Greer wanted all of the documents. The case manager from the courts explains the reasoning for the cost and even indicates that he requested a copy of the entire case, but he still doesn't seem to catch it. At the time I speculated it was because he was tunneled in on the fact that they wouldn't mark the pages as "attorney's eyes only" and that he needed to have them in the next few days that he wasn't picking up on what was being said to him.

Greer does this sort of thing all of the time where he's imprecise with his language but assumes that other people are mind readers or can understand what he actually meant instead of what he said. To him the restraining order and the case file are one and the same and he doesn't seem to understand that they are two distinct things and that other people treat them as separate. Russ is certainly a malicious little goblin, but I think the explanation here is that he's just that stupid and was upset at having to pay $67.34 for something that wouldn't be stamped with magic words that his natural instinct is to dump his plights before the court in the hope they would make it go away.

I doubt that the restraining order is more than 4 pages, so with the certification fees and letter, it would be $10. If the image that Useful_Mistake posted a few pages back is the number of documents (nine) in the case, then it would be $36 for the documents and $40 counting the postage. I'm assuming there's some tax included in the final fee, so that leaves around $20 for per page costs suggesting the case file has a little over 40 pages across all documents.

God, that's creeping me out, and I'm a whole ocean and a significant period of time distance.

It doesn't matter how far away you are, in distance or in time -- even a blind man would recognize that that's a poor young woman in a customer facing role doing her best to politely avoid a stalker and a creep.

100% of readers who aren't sex offenders would have total sympathy with Madelene here.

If you value your sanity don't watch the Greee segment in the latest MATI. Null tries to say that Mr. Hardin had to spend the $67 to get the document from Utah State court, which of course he can't as it's a private filing(quiet, no helping Greee).

I can't tell if Null is actually that disconnected from the (hilarious) facts of what's happening in his case, or if he's just playing dumb to piss off the obsessives in this thread.
