Really wish people would stop trying to pathologise Nick and his behaviour. Most people that do bad things are just bad people, giving people diagnosis just makes it seem like they're not entirely in control of the their actions when in reality they likely are.

Nick does not have ODD, NPD, OCD, BPD or ADHD, he's not a psychopath, sociopath or depressed, he's just a selfish, arrogant, nasty little man who's had all his worst traits amplified by a mixture of chemical abuse, bad decisions & an overabundance of praise for doing practically nothing of note his entire life - were the banality of evil made into a sculpture, it would look like Nick.

Nick really sent that pic out to the Throat Goat EVS for two reasons. First, that it was all but guaranteed EVS would leak it. But the main reason was that Nick actually thought he looked cool in that shot. Having a mental health diagnosis does not exempt one from taking accountability for their own actions. You shouldn't think otherwise.

Being a narcissistic failure of a man does not excuse any of Rekieta's behavior. This framework might help people better understand how Rekieta's mind operates, and that can be helpful in certain ways.

However, the notion that having a psychological or psychiatric diagnosis absolves someone of responsibility for their actions is your own misconception. And frankly, that's quite foolish.

I would say it's quite probable that Rekieta may have Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD), but that does not excuse any of his actions. Nevertheless, armchair psychological diagnoses are worthless — and that should be obvious. If you believe such diagnoses carry any real weight, then the issue lies with you. This is the Internet; people will make psychological assessments out of thin air. You can't control that.

One can describe behaviorial patterns without "diagnosing" them. Ex: I would not say he is NPD, but he is absolutely a narcissistic personality.
