2025 Israel vs Iran War

The same argument they’ve been lying about for the last 30 years? It’s hard not to believe that it’s a spurious argument and they’d say anything to destabilise a regional Islamist power.

I dont get this argument because it's been clear that Israel and the US have been trying to stop Iran actively. Of course the date changes as the nuclear program is affected

Because those aren't just any crackheads, those are tactical crackhead from the IRGC 420th Special crackhead battallion.
Those crackheads were given top secret EHHHHHHHHH EHHHHHHHHHH training by Bossman to make the zionist entity's mothers SQUIRT over the last two months. You didn't really think he was in rehab and jail, did you?

Iran has finally found a powerful ally willing to truly help. Agartha has declared war on Israel, vril-powered flying saucers are currently vaporizing Tel Aviv like it's New New York in Futurama as we speak. The Death Star of David is moving out from the dark side of the moon at flank speed to laser Marjorie Taylor Greene before all is lost

So I guess those leaks about Iran wanting a deal are true.
Negoitaing from a losing position is never a good sign, I'd want people inspecting their nuclear sites before any agreement was made.

On top of them replaying old footage and posting news articles to make it look good to the Iranian public they are on the brink of complete collapse and a deal is the only that'd save them.

Considering the entire premise of this war is over uranium enrichment I have a question.

If the Iranians were not attempting to develop nuclear weapons, why would the NEED their own enrichment facilities? There are many countries that have nuclear reactors, that do not enrich their own fuel. They buy the enriched uranium from other suppliers. My understanding of the 'red line' in the negotiation process was that the United States wanted Iran to give up their enrichment facilities, but Iran refused to do so. Why would Iran need their own enrichment facilities in this case?
Iran probably wants to make sure that their program can survive Western sanctions and still be weaponized if it comes to that. They do not trust the United States to keep its word, and can you blame them?

My take is that stepping over the line to active shooting and blowing shit up and such has long been politically untenable due either to domestic reluctance or military/intel assumptions about Iran being that it would be able to inflict an unacceptable level of damage to Israeli/US forces as well as to Israel itself

October 7th took well care of domestic reluctance to ripping shit apart on principal, and the lackluster at best and embarrassing at worst performance of both Iran's proxies in the region and the allegedly high end russian military tech in Ukraine which was known to be the top of the line shit Iran had at its disposal, both in and of itself and especially when compared to modern or modernish westoid equipment and assets, meant that previous military and intel assumptions were likely thrown out and redone from scratch, resulting in there being a whole lot more cautious optimism that they would be able to get away with a air campaign to kick the shit out of Iran without loosing too much.

However it seems that even this cautious optimism might have still been overselling Iran's actual capabilities given the last couple of days

I dunno, Trump kept his word that if Iran didn't bend the knee in 60 days serious shit was gonna happen
