Even if the game doesn't have any sexual material, is it still clearly a lolicon fetish game with the target audience being adults who love little girls.. it shouldn't be targeted towards children. Sadly, Japan has a much lower standard in regards to age ratings and exposing children to fetish and even sexual content is very normalized there. Children's shows in Japan will even have implied sexual shit.
