TBF they should be sued just because of the visual assault that is the formatting and justification of the quotes in the article.

Usually these levels of unreadability are reserved for extremely poor choices of color for the stylesheet, autoplaying video ads being more than 30% of the page, or both.

How much of a gay nerd is he? Well, he wrote a 6,000 word blogpost about how he is mad that he didn't get paid by Elon Musk for being the first person to post someone else's image on Twitter. He posted someone else's image- a graph that he had no hand at all in creating- on Twitter. Then someone else posted the same image and Elon Musk reposted it. He feels he deserves money for this.

Kirkegaard still owes $60,000 to some English guy who he tried to sue in the English courts (a very easy venue for defamation suits, IF YOU AREN'T WELL KNOWN TO BE A PEDOPHILE) for (entirely correctly) describing him as a "pedophile", so I doubt it.

Years ago, on the RationalWiki page for "race realism", amongst the walls-of-text DEBOONKING it there was a particularly deranged argument along the lines of "Races can't be different in intelligence because intelligence is always beneficial, so according to evolution all races would be equally intelligent."

Not only is this statement theoretically insane because that's not how evolution works—it frequently settles for adequate as well as merely "different" as opposed to superior—but it's obviously, concretely not true because, well, animals are all less intelligent than humans. You might as well say that DEBOONKS evolution. It's ironically predicated on the same level of logic as the classic "If evolution is real why are there still monkeys???" It's all a fundamental misunderstanding of how evolution works.

RationalWiki editors should obviously know why these arguments are wrong because the website was essentially created to debunk Christian creationists and then expanded to broader subject matter, so there's literally zero excuse for this. It's all an agenda.

I take the attitude that African Americans are so freakishly violent because they share a lot of genetic admixture with Scots-Irish, who are historically freakishly violent, and this aided their ancestors to propagate their genes. (Everyone knows a nigger with 5 babymammas; the Appalachian peoples did this before them)

I menaged to archive the first tweet on GhostArchive and an archived discussion on the Wayback Machine mirrored on Archive.today. Looks like ED will have to update their Rationalwiki entry.
