"Iran should be prevented from having nukes at any cost" = overwhelming yes response =/= America should go to war to prevent Iran from having nukes. I know that the "any cost" part of the question infers war, but if you ask the question separately from the first, you'll then get a contrastingly negative answer, because to answer negatively to the first question may infer that you think Iran should have nukes, which you don't agree with.
