it doesnt even look like a chibi anymore it looks like a fucking baby cosplaying as salem. like yeah the one on the right isnt great (the tail randomly getting really thin near the end/the bikini top/the feet being totally different sizes) but it reads as an actual chibi

Pretty much all artists are 'into' well-drawn hands, they're considered the second-most expressive feature of the body after the face and there's a reason why there's whole charts of hand symbology in Renaissance artwork. It's also a flex to draw them well, because they are a complex part of the body that it's very easy to spot errors on.

The only problem here is that Autumn doesn't know how to express interest/appreciation in literally any other way other than sexualizing or fetishizing something. Seriously, she should see a therapist or someone about that, it's really not normal.

Hands are so complex that Autumn thinks their mass disappears when hammy hands are shoved into cropped jackets.

But ngl I envy even artists whose hands are mid but still readable in their implied gestures. That takes some work to even get there, man.

Once again rate me late because I am but I'll be the first to boldly say that Autumn isn't even black in my eyes. She's a wigger with black skin. I've said this before and I'll say it again: if she didn't consistently post selfies, I would think she's racefaking. She's a whitey to the core.

"Uncanny" has been used to describe Salem and her designs and I think so too. Salem looks like a fat minger of a woman not a rabbit. Her fur looks like purple skin and the ears and long tail look like fleshy appendages. Like if someone commissioned a furry design from an artist who only draws obese anime girl pinups and doesn't draw animals. You would end up with a Salem.
