We know where their nuke facility is, we have some idea how deep it's buried, we have enough B2s and bombs to eventually blast down into it, and more importantly underground facilities have to have exits and you can bomb those shut. Although I don't think there's been any B2s sighted moving anywhere, we'd be rotating some to Diego Garcia if we were going to use them to hit Iran.
I think that the most recent actions are a message to Iran that they're on the ropes and ought to capitulate. The alternative is keep getting blown up and face possible regime change from within. Iran's government won't fare well if its people constantly get shelled. The problem is if Iran goes North Korea and digs in. They won't have nukes, but they will always have missiles.

The other problem is: what if it DOES work? And the Iranian regime falls. Then what? Another war torn failed state like Iraq/Libya/Syria/etc that ends up spilling terrorists and refugee's all over. And whats left ends up getting taken over by even worse people... like what has happened every other time we do regime change by bomb.

North Korea has China to tell them to knock it off. India and Pakistan have stated defensive nuclear deterrence policies and that may not be good enough for you, but it's better than Israel which has made it clear it will use its nukes at its leisure. Pakistani scientists already helped North Korea's program, though, and Iran goes around threatening to destroy everyone it does not like.
