"Nick is sober" doubtful
"Avoided all jail time" No. He's still on the hook.
"Kept his wife and kids" Much to his irritation
"Kept his dream job" Streams to 1% of his former viewerbase, his reputation is shattered.
"Stopped the bodycam footage" Lol no

This is some extreme level of copium.
Its like a checklist of things that are going to go wrong.

Get to his comp?
Sounds like he's hung over from something.

Karen Reed is innocent of everything except DWI. Is this bad or good for balldo stocks?
neutral as he barely covered it was too busy looking at Kurt and insulting women while telling his viewers "I DID NOT CHOKE SLAM MY SON IN A PUBLIC BUSINESS."

Marc Randazza had a hearing today with Montagraph's civil suit, which he no-show'd.
Randazza was representing the pro-Karen Read people and (I think) Aiden Kearney/ Tuttleboy, the citizen journalist who basically was the reason why Karen got support, over what was a barrier around the court to prevent supporters from getting close or wearing what could be perceived as support one way or the other.

It was an actual free speech issue. I believe he was there.

Do you have any record of him speaking, writing, emailing, or anything else at 8:45am CST?

What interests me is how Nick's numbers show he has the potential to rebound if he just provides some half-useful fucking commentary. 1000-2000 is still healthy viewership and a springboard for growth. All the ingredients are there to reclaim his former life, if only he could resist the retard voice in his head that whispers to him about watching another Kurt cooking video from 2 years ago. But he just can't do it.
Nick's a brain fried dopamine addict retard now. He doesn't care about viewers, he hates law streaming and even if required to do it he'll half ass it and do what he wants

"Don't watch the show, whore" defense legitimized?

I think he was physically there. He’s Massachusetts and I believe grew up close to the same area. You can look up his Twitter, a lot of the videos and pictures seem to be first person.

His Twitter handle is @Marcorandazza

Yeah, I agree with Aaron here.

Nick might have even missed Karen Read because he was trying to get Aaron dragged out of his home in handcuffs or some shit, and that's not gonna happen.

Now all Nick has to look forward to tonight is going over the Karen Read shit that far better streamers (including Kurt) have already done earlier in the day, and then playing the pizza casserole video again for the 73rd time.

No W for Nick today.

I'm aware of that — pesky autocorrect is messing with me!
Just make sure it doesn't accuse you of doing any M0lestering! That would be really embarrassing! ❤️

For context, it's an even weaker nothingburger than Aaron just described, because far less than the non-practicing lawyer's optimistic fantasy that violating conditions of release would trigger an independent contempt charge, far less than diddlerverse retards' optimistic fantasy that the fields left blank in the prosecutor's draft proposed order were beckoning the judge to proceed by arrest warrant for a week of jail from now through the June 25th rather than proceed by summons, and less than the possibility that the judge would at least schedule a separate hearing on the violation itself (which even Aaron seems to think will happen a bit "before" his sentencing hearing), the judge didn't even do the latter and instead simply filled in the blanks to indicate that the violation will be addressed within the already-scheduled sentencing hearing itself:

Since mere conditions of pretrial release (which are not the same thing as a restraining order like Nick seems to suggest) automatically expire when the very existence of pretrial release is terminated by a completed plea and sentencing, and since any similar probation condition about references to Kayla cannot be violated until after the sentencing hearing actually starts probation, the implication of this scheduling decision should be obvious: even if the judge bothers to find a "violation" of pretrial release conditions, there would be no practical consequence because the sentencing simultaneously renders the pretrial release moot.

If anything, this will probably just be an opportunity for the judge to wave his finger at Aaron and warn him not to hint at any indirect references to Kayla again after the new probation condition starts, or at most maybe factor in the conduct as an aggravating factor in the sentencing determination itself. That's it.

@Null

He was taking selfies and awaiting the verdict outside the courthouse.

No clue on that exact time, but he appeared to be there all day based on somethings I heard. Verdict was like 2:45 PM, but the jury arrived at like 8AM Eastern.
That photo was posted at 1:20 PM EST (12:20 PM CST), which is plenty of time for him to make it to a zoom hearing. He also tweeted a bunch of things at around 7:50 AM CST.

Randazza runs a sizable law firm—couldn't he simply designate another attorney from his team to represent Rekieta in his stead, even if he himself were unavailable during that timeframe?

Perhaps Nick can’t pay his legal bills and is getting service commensurate with his budget.

Randazza was advertising himself more than anything.

Nick called his partners "faggot" so he's limited..

Randazza should really take notes from the superior Mr. GREER. Despite having two engagements scheduled he still showed up to court.
Let’s not diss Randazza too much.

From what I hear, he’s an excellent lawyer. (And an even greater self promoter.)

The thing is though… He’s also smart.

Smart enough, so that when a rich retard like Nick shows up, loaded with cash and with a shit case, Randazza knows how to milk it and make bank.

Ultimately it doesn’t matter if he misses a court appearance or two. It’s a shit case that he’ll lose anyways, and he still gets paid.

And as long as Randal’s occasionally does knows a popular pro bono case like Turtle Boy, he knows that rich retards with more money than sense, like Nick, will keep coming.

Also why would he give a shit?

Oh no he didn't show up to a hearing to a case where his client whole heartly believes he didn't defame someone (he did). It's already been won, stalker child! Oh, the case progressed in Monty's favor again? Crooked courts! Well the case is still an easy win, the jittering skeleton man can just cut another check and it's as good as done!

Oh he lost? Well you do the best you can but defamation is defamation, amirite?

“No Mr. Rekieta, I will not accept your Mustang as a down payment for your bill. As for your other suggestion, not only is it illegal and immoral, I also have no idea where I would even store 4000 naked pictures of your wife!”
