Let me tell you about Bob. I know a lot about Bob because I've been following this shitshow for a couple of years for laughs.
Bob is a schizo tranny who basically was cut off from his family. He lost his house to foreclosure and got cut out of the family trust which is entirely legal. Ever since they Bob has been obsessed with getting revenge on his family in some way or another. He is estranged from his son and has injunctions against him from his family. He has been cited for ordinance violations and petty bullshit. Bob has a YouTube channel where Bob regularly livestreams. His livestreams get a couple dozen viewers but somehow always end up with tens of thousands of views. He also streams vidya and gets practically no views.
One day in 2022 Bob decided to go to the family house where he is not welcome during a livestream. He gets inside the house and all hell breaks loose. His kid forces him out of the house, but Bob gets charged with battery. While on the way to the jail Bob freaks out on video saying repeatedly saying he's going to eat the deputy's lunch. Bob gets charged with simple battery, a misdemeanor, punishable by up to a year in jail but with bob's criminal history he could probably get probation or time served if found guilty.
Bobs case is potentially winnable at trial because bob's kid who forced him out is a MMA fighter and Bob sustained injuries in the whole kerfuffle. but because Bob is a schizo tranny and Pasco County is very conservative, bob would likely shit the bed at an actual trial. So Bob proceeds to irritate the shit out of every attorney he is assigned, recording them harassing them on the phone, doxing them, putting conversations on YouTube, and bobs few dedicated crazy YouTube people call and hassle the attorneys to the extent none of them want to represent him anymore.
one of his attorneys has the gall to question competency. the threshold for requiring a competency evaluation in Florida is pretty low, and Bob gets pissed that his attorney did this, as the attorney told the court about threatening phone calls from weirdos and the fact Bob repeatedly shows his ass in court when he bothers to show up. well it turns out that Bob really got pissed at this competency stuff and chased off that lawyer, but also that lawyer ended up being prosecuted for child abuse crimes and perjury offenses and is likely en route to disbarment.
Bob proceeds to blow off court. Bob flees to another state in his rv. Bob then insists the court allow him to appear remotely, claiming to be 100% disabled. only thing is Bob is not disabled, and frequently uploads videos of him riding a bike and getting around just fine. but Bob being a schizo tranny insists if he ever goes to pasco county he will be killed by law enforcement. eventually, Bob runs off every attorney and the court refuses to appoint another one. Bob gets a failure to appear warrant because he never shows up for court. Bob then proceeds to inundate the court with retarded motions demanding a speedy trial even though he never intends to actually be there for it. Bob also complains about not having an attorney despite being the worst possible client intentionally sabotaging attorney client relationships for YouTube content. its reached a point where the court has ordered that it will no longer entertain bobs motions until Bob comes back to pasco county. Only thing is Bob will never come back to pasco county, and bounty hunters will not hunt him down to bring him back and law enforcement will not extradite him on a misdemeanor. so were at a standoff. Bob complains about not getting a trial even though he wont ever come to one, Bob files repeatedly retarded stupid motions that wont get heard, and this is all he does every day. he gets some pittance of disability to live off of, and hangs out in a van posting to YouTube about the same fucking shit over and over: his family is screwing him over, the courts are abusing him, and that's basically it.
Only reason I'm posting it is because Bob found kiwifarms, and if you're lucky Bob will post here. Bob doesn't allow for anyone to criticize him on his channel.
