There's plenty of people who make good savings by not splurging their income on vodka or getting a shitty shack in the middle of a forest. That's more of a Russian thing. Is your home an actually appreciable asset or just a loan you're barely paying off? You essentially chose to work a deeply unsatisfying for no benefit at all. The advice to go work in UAE or KSA is no longer a joke. You'd probably save much more money working in an environment where alcoholism is unacceptable even for foreigners. You do have marketable skills after working for so long in IT, right?

B3 comes in several forms:
  • Niacin - causes you to flush due to vasodilation and histamine release from mast cells the first couple times you take it. If you keep taking it regularly, the flushing goes away after a couple days. Rarely causes nausea.
  • Niacinamide - doesn't cause flushing but can cause nausea at high doses (several grams a day).
  • Inositol hexaniacinate - niacin ester of inositol. No nausea like niacin and much lower tendency to cause flushing, but more expensive than the other two.
There are also time-release version of niacin; avoid those, the additives responsible for the controlled release can be hepatotoxic in large doses. My suggestion is to try niacinamide, starting at 3 grams a day (six 500 mg capsules or three 1 gram doses of powder, whatever you prefer), and then slowly increasing the dose if nausea doesn't develop. If nausea develops even at such low doses, just get niacin and tough out the unpleasant flushing reaction a couple times, it will be barely noticable after a couple days.

I strongly suggest reading the books I mentioned earlier. They are cheap paperbacks and can be pirated on annas-archive. Another great book on the topic of megavitamin therapy of various diseases and pathological conditions is Orthomolecular Medicine for Everyone by Hoffer and Saul.

Vitamin B3 can be bought at most drug stores. If you check the ingredient list, it will be listed as niacin. Women also sometimes put it in cosmetics. Don't eat those.

Out of sheer curiosity, have you ever come into contact with a Jew in real life?

There is one Jew that I have dealt with a couple of times at work, other than that not that I now of.

A lot of Arabs though, even in the 00s there were muslims causing issues in my classes.

I can't while I work a full time job. It's too late anyway. I am at the end of the road now. I can only try to do what few chores I have the energy to do for as long as I can. Then when I fail it will all be over.
