I actually hurt myself laughing when she did the first Fishtank stream: Jin got in, she said instantly that he looked kinda cute and it hard cuts to the factoid of him having a grindr account (to "troll") and she screams out "GOD FUCKING DAMN IT." I had to get up and walk that off, I was laughing too hard.

It is a friendship to her. For Synth, it is an opportunity to interact with a woman who actually shares some of his interests after having been starved of any female interaction for most of his adult life, by his own admission. He wouldn't be invested enough to start publicly complaining when he thinks he's been ghosted if it had been, say, Sven Stoffels who did it.

My guess is Alana. I recall Kirsche mentioning she, Alana and Filian had another white fox collab in the pipeline. Today (1 and a half hours before xeet from your screencap) a collab with 3 white foxes was announced. Sudden theme change, theme doesn't fit because one of them isn't Russian, and Kirsche is nowhere to be seen.

Kirsche's tweet looks like it's very specifically talking about inside the VTuber industry. If I had to guess, maybe Rima Evenstar? She was doing a news stream earlier about Valens' latest article but kept getting dodgy whenever Kirsche came up in relation to Valens' spergery.
