Nick Rekieta claims, in his June 11, 2025 filing, that Rekieta Law LLC is an improper Defendant in Steve Quest’s case because the statements he made on YouTube were actually made on behalf of Rekieta Media LLC. Rekieta Media LLC is a Texas LLC that appears to have been organized in 2019, Rekieta Law LLC is a Minnesota LLC that was also formed in 2019. Based on the current narrative in the pleadings, I am looking for more information about the “Rekieta Law" YouTube channel and what was posted when, including when that channel or its host may have acted on behalf of Rekieta Law LLC or Rekieta Media LLC.
1) Does anybody know when the "Rekieta Law" YouTube channel first mentioned that it is owned by “Rekieta Media LLC”?
2) Does anybody know when Nick Rekieta stopped opening his segments by saying he is “Nick Rekieta, of Rekieta Law, a small law firm in Central Minnesota”?
3) Does anybody know when Nick removed the three “livestreams” mentioned in Steve Quest’s complaint from his YouTube and Rumble Channels? These streams are identified as originally being posted on October 6, October 13, and October 18 of 2022. An earlier post on the Kiwi Farms says the October 13 date is an error, and the relevant stream was actually posted on October 12, 2022. None of these streams appear to presently be visible. Is there a way to tell when they were removed or when they were made private?
4) The Amended Complaint identifies “Megan Fox” of “Megan Fox Investigates” as appearing in the October 6, 2022 stream. Does anyone know where Ms. Fox was physically present (i.e. where her studio was located) at the time of the October 6, 2022 stream?
5) Is there any way to know where the defamatory content from the three October 2022 streams would have been hosted on either YouTube’s servers or Rumble’s servers? By this I mean, where would the servers have been located?
6) Were any of Rekieta Law’s guests or “chat” members from the October 6, October 12/13, or October 18, 2022 streams located in Wisconsin, Massachusetts, Vermont, or New Mexico?
I probably will have follow up questions later.
