No, that new warriors bullshit was from 2020(and why it was so laughably stupid even the left thought it was ridiculous). Ironheart is the result of the work prior to that (2015 I think?) trying to ape the success of Miles Morales(2011).
I thought it was around the same time. I never followed Iron Man much at least in the comics and just remember Tony Stark dying and some 15 year old genius making a suit of armor in her bedroom and becoming the new Iron Man only for Tony to come back and she's now Ironheart.

I seriously can't keep up with how much things change in comic books now.

Sure, and hilariously covid is what got it cancelled, not even just the backlash. Distribution got put on hold with the lockdowns a few weeks before it was supposed to ship. I assume that a few hundred copies eventually found their way into a shredder and then recycled into cardboard.
That was the excuse they gave but I'm pretty sure had there been no endless mocking of it online it would have gone forward. And for a while Marvel was sticking to their guns but then came COVID and it felt way too convenient.

I still want to see the first issue through or some bits from it because it would be hilariously bad.

I love how woketards whine about racism but then their characters could have walked straight out of an A. Wyatt Mann cartoon.
The idea is that if you're a marginalized group you can use those terms, symbols or images because you're "taking them back" but if you're outside of that you can't.

It's like how "Snowflake and Safespace" were designed. They supposedly were taking these names that were negative and trying to put a positive spin on them. It's no different than a gay man calling his fellow gay friends, "faggots" but if somebody else were to call them that it would be a hate crime.

Yeah, she was stealing equipment from school to build a suit. Because of course make the black character a thief who then runs from cops and drops out.

There were 3 issues that didn't go out, so it wasn't just the initial laughter when the crap was announced, they wanted to keep going forward with it. They actually did end up keeping B-Negative around for an appearance in some other comic later on from one of their 50,000 variations of the marvel universe.

This shit happened again later with the Q-Force netflix cartoon, that offended more people on the left than anything else.

There's also a graphic novel from I think 2018 called The Black Mage, written by a black guy, about a black kid that ends up in the confederate version of hogwarts, who has a crow as a familiar named Jim, the main reason the school hates him is because he gets along with the white girl, ends up getting assissted by the spirits of John Henry and Harriet Tubman. It's so fucking absurd the entire thing sounded like it was written by a racist white guy, so finding out it was a black dude who wrote it made it even more hilarious in a shitty b-movie you'd get from a blockbuster video kind of way.

Much like how the extreme left comes off as authoritarian dickheads, the art and crap they try to come up with just ends up looking like some minstrel show shit as well because they have no idea wtf they're doing, so it's just another aspect of horseshoe theory.

edit: Point being it's a shitty character, and the left has a habit of fucking their own characters up so badly they look like someone on the right making a parody. Fatty is only correct by pure happenstance.

This sounds retarded. Instead of just making some normal character, they gotta try and implicitly excuse thievery.
>She wasn't stealing stuff and hindering the education of others, she was doing it for the greater good!
>So you know when Tyrone Jamal steals, it's because of [socioeconomics, slavery, trauma etc] and don't be racist because he'll save the planet one day. It's not because Tyrone wanted to pawn the stolen goods off to buy a new pair of Nikes. (Who am I kidding he'll be stealing that too.)

Maybe she should have stolen some books from the library instead.

Yeah because "be black eat fried chicken eat watermelon steal cars" somehow becomes less racist when LIBERAL wypipo do it.

I'm going to be honest, Jack's opinions on any sort of media with "woke" main characters is pretty garbage since he parrots what other people say and when he watches it himself, he fucking gives it 4 or 5 stars. Like let's look at the stuff that people considered woke or had raceswaps in it that he pretty much consumed blindly

Now lets look at the films he gave very negative reviews to see what political agendas he's truly against

So the common points on what makes a bad movie/show for Jack is the following:

- Blatantly says his conspiracies or beliefs are untrue
- Vaguely offensive to his religion
- Story "doesn't make sense" to him
- Doesn't cater to his political views while not really being against them
- Starring actors he doesn't like for some reason.

Also what is up with him saying that R rated action movies are perfectly safe to take families too

You're all forgetting the dumbest part: the only reason she wanted to be like and be better than Tony was specifically because her grade school teacher said she'd never be like him. And this teacher had to be pressured into saying that by Riri; she actually got sad when said teacher said she could fulfill her dreams if she wanted, and Riri begged her to set an impossible goal and essentially be racist towards her, since said teacher was an older white lady.

Ironheart was dumb as pigshit; the only reason you guys are downselling it is because it rightfully got cancelled only like once or twice, versus the mental insanity of constantly rebooting Cap'n Marvel and Ms. Marvel as a series.
Wow Jack. Wow you are to RatCo what Brainless Bobby is to Mario. Just gargling gud because you see the logo, even as it preaches communism and venerates bandits.

At least MovieBob has his mental faculties still, what little and hyperpartisan they are.

I remember seeing that advertised and I was asking, "who the hell asked for this and what's the point"?

Gay secret agents and whatever? Okay. They exist. But the whole point was this group was made up of nothing but fags, queers, trannies and whatever else. What is the message they were trying to send? Gay people can be secret agents? The problem with shows like that is how "gay" becomes their defining characteristic. I've mentioned this before but in the Voltron reboot from years ago one of the characters was gay, and a clone. But this was just part of who he was. Shiro didn't go around farting rainbows and acting like a drag queen getting all "in your face" about him being gay. He just happened to like dick and had a boyfriend. Beyond that it was just a part of his character and not his only character trait and too often gay characters have to constantly tell people that they're gay because that's the only reason they exist.

Ironheart was dumb as pigshit; the only reason you guys are downselling it is because it rightfully got cancelled only like once or twice, versus the mental insanity of constantly rebooting Cap'n Marvel and Ms. Marvel as a series.
No Ironheart was stupid but then I only say that as an outsider looking in and I haven't actually read any of it nor do I want to.

However the whole Cap'n and Ms. Marvel being rebooted over and over again is 100% business related. It's because "Marvel" is in their name and Marvel comics stole the name of "Captain Marvel" from Fawcett Comics and later on from DC when DC bought the rights. This is why Captain Marvel, as he was known back in the day, now has to be called "Shazam" because Marvel owns the rights to that name and unless they keep pumping out comics with a character named "Captain Marvel" they can be accused of sitting on it and not allowing others to use it.

There's been a half-dozen characters named "Captain Marvel" in comic books and so long as Marvel Comics uses those characters there's nothing DC can do about it.

Jack's "review"of civil war perfectly sums up Jack's cognitive abilities.

Why they fight?!
They no tell why fight!
Ahhhrrggg where the meat?

He's also probably mad that it didn't fit his own worldview where he can root for based patriots

Does Jack really believe the moon landing was faked????
Yes, Jack got super livid about the movie because he thought this romcom would confirm his belief that the moon landing was faked but when they said it was real, he got pissed.

Of course Jack would miss the point. The movie isn't a war movie that happens to have journalists in it, it's a movie about journalists during a war. The war isn't the focus, the journos are.

Why don't they just make a comic called "Tyrita Robs a KFC and goes to Jail" and be done with it? Shaun King can ink the graphics, Jussie Smollett can do the story.

I'm still confused by his Snow White take.
>I can't figure out why it's getting so much hate
Does...does he know what Rachel Zegler has been up to on social media? Does he know that the entire internet has eviscerating her left, right and center for the last 3 years?

For someone as terminally online as Jack I'd have thought some of the bad press literally drowning Snow White would have slithered down his craw and he'd have defaulted to calling it woke garbage deepstate psyops.

Edit: He's pre-judged things before because of the actors, why didn't he pre-judge Snow White. In that same post, he gave Bad Boys a single sentence "review" where he just said he won't support Will Smith. Great review Ebert, very informative, I'm sure the world will be able to make up their mind on whether to watch it or not thanks to this tantalizing insight. Everyone has actors they hate, they don't go online and post troll shit on a site meant for informative reviews.

So is he; because all his opinions are counterfeit. Jack lashes out any time he’s asked to explain his reasoning; because he has none, and is fraudulent in all things except what he covets. His opinions are all either for the sake of impressing his brother or rationalizing some carnal sin. Nick Rekeita would act a lot like Jack if he suffered a stroke that prevented him from remembering which lies he needed to live up to. In Jack’s case, he’ll film himself pretending to be able to stand outside a strip mall restaurant, accidentally film his wheelchair with five fucking plates of food he ordered arranged in front of him like he’s awaiting execution, then cut to a review on the long fart home in which he claims he ate none of it, all while belching up butter steak.

Jack doesn’t know what the fuck he thinks about some movie. Separate him from the human cheat sheet he uses Tammy as, and you’ll find he can't even remember what day it is. Jack is the type of retard to accuse the person confronting him of being the one who shit his pants.

What does Jack think about Snow White? He thinks it’s time to eat. Tammy!!!

Jack knows about Zegler but he doesn't know why the movie itself is hated but he knows that Zegler was controversial.

He doesn't think about the movies he sees, he'd probably be more negative about Snow White if it had even the mildest criticism of Christianity or said that the moon landing was real.

No, he's fucking retarded, he knows NOTHING. All he knows is MEEEET GUUUUD and KEEEEEETOOOO.

Jack's obsession with the moon landing is peak Boomer entry level conspiratardism. What's even his evidence it never happened besides "you can see the flag move" and thinking it would be hard to get there because he doesn't understand math?
It’s even worse than that. His arguments are:

  • Neil Armstrong’s first footfall was filmed, but who started the camera? Jack refuses to believe that the lander was equipped with an attached camera that could be activated and controlled from the inside.
  • The terrain cast shadows that are different from what you’d expect on Earth. How did that happen? You can’t hope to convince him that this is explained by the Moon’s lack of atmosphere and the high reflectivity of its surface.
  • Probably the dumbest one of them all, Jack insists that the live broadcast of the landing would have been impossible because the technology didn’t exist at the time. “I can’t even get reliable Internet!”, he will exclaim. I wonder how he thinks television worked before cable.
He’s had a few other similarly stupid arguments but these are the ones that stand out from watching his live streams from a year or so ago when he was especially obsessed with this shit.
