The Israelis aren't really pushing it that much, it's more the Iranian diaspora that's pushing it. Regime change wasn't on the table until recently.

It should definitely be considered suspicious that he's all over the news right now spreading the message of overthrowing the regime when I can't ever remember a time of him being on a major network. Not saying this is necessarily Mossad, it could be the CIA, but someone is definitely propping him up right now to give him all this air time.
