It's sad to see you get so many dumb ratings. Other than maybe #3, all of these are what the Lord commands of Christians.
"Once you enter there, you see a different reality," he said. "A different reality about this country that supposedly champions human rights and liberty and justice."
Yes, we are liars and hypocrites and you were sold a fantasy. Please feel free to fuck off back to where you came from, thank you for your attention to this matter.

Trump is wrong. Ali Shamkhani, Iran’s nuclear negotiator, was interviewed a month before the kikes killed him in an airstrike. He publicly stated that Iran was ready to strike a deal immediately, and that the deal was:
  • Iran is allowed to develop a civilian nuclear power program.
In return:
  • Complete transparency with the IAEA and full access for international independent observers.
  • Complete cessation of all uranium enrichment activities.
  • Surrendering their stores of enriched uranium (which are not weapons-grade anyway).
Ragheads lie. It's literally condoned as part of their religion and Iran specifically is a theocracy. They have had this deal multiple times, but every time they lie, reject observers, build secret facilities, etc. They have no intention of adhering to a deal.

This sounds either omega retarded or fishy as fuck.
This is no different than Skunkworks within Lockheed-Martin. It's an RnD partnership and Meta has been doing AR/VR for years with the Quest and their "metaverse" bullshit that never took off. It could be useful for things like drone piloting or missile guidance.

Why are you capitalizing the pronouns outside of the first word of the sentence like he’s a god?
you are 50% dumb, 50% completely correct. You capitalize the word "president" when it's being used as a title, so President Trump or President Obama is correct. However, the "He" capitalized is weird.

Where did I say Oklahoma or Texas was wall to wall housing?

You said that developers tend to turn states that aren't federally owned into wall to wall housing here:
It’s the risk of it being filled wall to wall after all this new housing is built. That’s what real estate developers tend to do.

So show me on that map which states developers have turned into wall to wall housing. Pretty much the entire USA east of the 105th parallel is free of federal ownership. If Utah is "at risk" of its 53 million acres turned into wall-to-wall housing (so that's what, 200 million houses?), surely the states just to its east are already destroyed.

Surely you wouldn't make a claim you can't back up.

he caught dumb ratings because it’s generic feel good evangelical/non denominational nonsense. No mention of the trinity or that Jesus is god. Listing the things the lord asks of us isn’t enough if you don’t recognize he is our lord to begin with.

Bad theology like that is how we got JW, godless mainlines, Mormons etc etc

surely the states just to its east are already destroyed.

they didn’t have a massive fire sale for blackrock and foreign billionaires for one. A fire sale by a guy who openly stated he wants tons of Indians

I wasn't talking about capitalizing the word "President" in context with that. I was talking about the "he" pronoun. And in that same source, the word "President" in "President Trump" would be a title, not a pronoun.

Day late, but yesterday I was told not to clock in so that my boss would have to give me holiday pay for Juneteenth. They're editing my timecard to make it look like I worked on our day off instead. I get it's a stupid holiday but it's kinda unfair considering they already pay me peanuts and I'm the one keeping the company afloat.
That is incredibly illegal. If you are planning on quitting you could talk to a lawyer who will see you for free and would take contingency as this is such a slam dunk case if you have a paper trail. If you aren’t quitting tell him there’s an error in the time card and you want your holiday pay. If he refutes tell him you just want what’s yours and his problem is with the government. Then talk to lawyer as again if he threatens or refuses it’s now incredibly illegal .

All the places you’re talking about also actually have the water supplies to support housing. Mike Lee is on record saying he wants as many h1b Indians as possible, you don’t think he’s going to try to stuff them into the new housing in Utah?

Where did I say Oklahoma or Texas was wall to wall housing? Are you just completely incapable of not strawmanning and assuming I am a north eastern urbanite?

“If you think developers in states that aren't mostly federal land fill it with wall to wall housing, you've never driven across America in your life”

Where did I say this. I never once claimed more federal ownership = lack of wall to wall housing

You both make good points. However both feds and locals sell states out to land developers and depending on where you live, at a rapid fucking rate now that we've reached the grift acceleration phase of capital.

There are many examples of large areas which had small, regular communities, sometimes very small and down-home, only a few decades ago which are now overrun by airbnbs and Maserati and foreigners from all over the fucking world. The locals and feds play off each other to make it happen too.

Neither side has any intention of turning off the faucet on this problem.

You can buy land in Oklahoma for about $3000 an acre. Any developer planning to build two hundred million houses in the Utah desert is a fool if they aren't already building out Oklahoma.

A nice town enshittified by pajeets is something that happens all the time in America. Millions of acres of desert turned into a 40k-style hive city is not.

I think that makes sense, I just think your not looking it at very honestly.

We both know those eastern states didn’t have massive fire sales for foreign billionaires and corpos, we both know it won’t be exactly wall to wall 200 million houses.

If the land is as useless as you say why even sell it then?

. Millions of acres of desert turned into a 40k-style hive city is not.
NO ONE SAID THIS

Nancy Grace is such an irredeemable bitch. The witch-hunt she led against those young men was appalling, and her refusal to offer any apologies was all you ever needed to know about her. That case made me mad as fuck when it was unfolding.
The scuzzy media lady in Gone Girl is supposed to be her.
Her appeal is to those edge lord boomers that think 'sassy black women are the best creatures ever'. I don't think it works that well because it puts off a lot of them too and.. again who is this supposed to appeal to? The black guys hate this kind of shit. The black women I guess might, but they are alread the dem base. Latinos and the rest hate real or fake with it. Those 65+ white women in purple glasses going 'listen to all black women' chants are their only audience and everyone hates them too.

Newsom's been whining again but everyone hates him too. The democrat party still has zero leadership or movement at all.
Young (20s to 30s) liberal white women who have no IRL contact with actual black women or have 1 or 2 black friends eat this stuff up.

It’s a meme. Memri TV is an Arabic TV channel that occasionally (frequently) has batshit insane Muslims on saying shit like “tie me to a missile and fire me at Tel Aviv, I am ready” and “By Allah, I shall give you a taste of my shoe”. So 4chan said “hmmm, needs more crazy” and started recaptioning them. The fun comes from guessing which ones are real and which are fake.
Don't lie to me, they're all real.
What I liked about Trebek (among many other things) was that while he was smart and I'm sure learned a ton of trivia over the years, you could tell he respected the contestants and didn't think he was more intelligent or above them. Jennings smirks with glee when they can't answer ridiculously written questions or don't know some super esoteric speck of info that only he knows. Also--his tweets show he's a real POS.

I didn't mind Mayim Bialik as a cohost. She was a bit perky but she also gave off the vibe that she was rooting for the contestants instead of lording over them. I thought the PR line was that audiences didn't like her but I'm not so sure about that--maybe Jennings just didn't want to share.

Aaron Rogers would have been amazing.
Trebek was smarmy with French stuff and the French language and the pronunciation but knowing he was Canadian explains it enough that I can give him a pass for that.

I didn't personally rate him dumb for that but I can see how people would do so because I don't think anyone follows all those. "Abandons earthly luxuries?" I'll believe it when I see it, if I ever do.

Does a fleshlight, a Nintendo Switch 2, and a gun count as earthly luxuries? This is an important question.

Not to mention you could still do everything on that list and not believe in basic tenets of Christianity and still be a Christian

Beyond retarded definition just absurdly broad

The US has a tremendous amount of land to build nice, affordable houses. The problem is that the globohomo commies don't want to live somewhere that doesn't have a dispensary every mile, 18 different ethnic restaurants, and same-day Amazon delivery. Whenever these morons try to make some sort of commune, it fails because they realize it requires work, it requires law and order so it doesn't turn into Slab City, and it requires the loss of cosmopolitan creature comforts.

Are you fuckers still arguing with Welper about Mormonism?

I'll admit they haven't fully built out Texas yet. But the part of Texas I know, from San Antonio to Austin is now wall to wall housing along IH-35 over the last 20 years. Off the freeway it's then "5 acre ranchettes" as far as you can see.

Here's the graph of Hays County, which is/was outside of Austin and San Antonio.

There would probably be more but the Hill Country, is, well, hilly and some spots are hard to build.
