Saying a B-2 is comparable to an F-117 is the height of retardation. The advance in technology between the two is insane. We've already seen how up to date stealth technology fares against the SAM radars Iran has, because Syria had the same ones. Impression of an S-300/400 radar when F-35s are around:

They have to act like that as it's a main driving force in their recruitment process. If they look weak, stupid, and not in control of their shit they lose out on recruits.

You fly the plane I would imagine. the Air Force is almost certainly on a strict "no fucking around" policy for their irreplaceable strategic bombers. If you don't want the prestige of flying them, you can just stay on the ground and polish the tires instead.

There's also a cot and a meal heater, IIRC. The cockpit has the amenities of a New York studio apartment.

Low-grade war is what Hezbollah tried in 2023-24. The USAF is missing out on a great funding source: Livestreamed missions! If they don't meet their donation goal then they can't drop their ordinance. Super chats get to decide what targets they're bombing.
