I would assume sensitive instruments and spectrometers got shipped out. Centrifuges are something they can make themselves and is a non issue for them. They have around 10k of them and those at the site are not new and already on their way out so it's not a total loss. That's just not logistically possible. One, it would take skilled labor a considerable amount of time to dismantle an entire uranium enrichment facility safely, and two, the sheer amount of movement to and from the site would've tipped off the Israelis and the Americans. You can't hide hundreds of big rigs making back and forth trips to an underground complex.
If any side spills the beans it's to their determent. We will know how much damage gbu does or does not do, so that may be all cards flying out of player's hands.I don't know what "truth" the US or Israelis could even tell you. They have no idea. Based on simulations and intelligence they might have a general idea, but for them to actually know anything for certain they'd need to do a comprehensive BDA, and Iran isn't going to publicize that information because obviously they aren't.
There are still 3 more and one undisclosed IIRCIt's possible, but even if they did, it's useless now. The uranium is still not weapons grade, their enrichment plant is out of commission, and the site they would use to actually build a weapon is gone.
I would assume they were prepared for a strike and total loss.
