It is sad. A lot of shit went down between 2008 through to 2013 that is now lost to time. He was engaging with Trolls daily, along with Kevin, Megan Lee Heart and Kyle Lomax (a chubby dickrider who called himself fake LIAT). At the time on youtube all of this stuff was up and none of us who were involved with fucking around with him bothered to archive. It was weird. One day it all just went quiet and we all thought he had to be planning something, then we all fucked off and went our own ways. Turns out when he was quiet, he was busy getting anything from the LIAT times removed, including moments where embarrassing things happened (like the shoe on head thing).

Brian created an army of his own trolls. He'd take offense at some comment on a random youtube video and would do the full blast legal and rape threats we all have seen. I'm not talking big YouTubers here, just average users. Some would be intimidated and delete. In my case I had no idea who this lunatic was so being Australian I kept fucking with him. Turns out there was already a growing community of people dedicating to fucking with him and it all became a bit of a competition through 3rd party communications as to who could get him to do the stupidest and wildest things. Almost everyone involved started the same way I did, they made a comment on Youtube and Brian would go fucking crazy, which just led to more people fucking with him. Soon there were channels out there specifically to make fun of him and bait him. Then other Youtubers like HappyCabbie had Brian start feuding with him and the whole thing just kept going, until he went silent, everyone got bored and went onto do other things, spilling over into /cow/, ED and SA. Turns out during the quiet time he was slowly taking down content a piece at a time from the LIAT times.

I found out about the whole FuturisticHub and Minecraft porn way after the fact, and after I had signed up here. That's when I caught up with everything he had been up to including the stuff with Keemstar, Repzion and others. I knew that with the videos from Turkey Tom and others he'd eventually do what he's just done, so I've just sat back and waited.

Brian Martin is like a retarded psychotic version of Wiley Coyote. I'm not kidding, everything he does fucks up and ends up with him losing. He approaches problems the same way, every single time. He has to win in his mind, and will absolutely destroy himself trying to do that. He doesn't just stick to one thing (which makes sense), he has to win everything in is mind, and that includes over an anonymous account where he got offended at a comment. Everyday he's adding new fights to the list of things he has to win, he's either making himself new enemies or new people who'll fuck with him for fun, and he's trying the whole time to beat and win against them all. And like Wiley Coyote, it always ends up with whatever he's tried to do to win blowing up in his face in the most hilarious and painful way possible.

It is one of the reasons (apart from the previously mentioned shoe on head incident) that he refused to verify himself to Null and staff, he already doesn't like them because we're allowed to laugh at him, so he decided he was going to win by his usual means (threats and abuse) to get Null to give him what he wanted. Instead of conceding the slightest bit of ground, he decided he was going to win on that specific issue, and chimped out like a retard as a result.

That winning thing is why I also mentioned that 16 years after he picked the fight I have won. It isn't a flex, so much as a button you can press to drive him absolutely fucking insane (and I freely recommend each of you claim personal victory and how you won). To be perfectly frank the one thing that would cause a meltdown specifically would be Null saying he won (I know that isn't going to happen). Brian is a complete piece of shit who deserves every bit of upset and misery coming to him. He is honestly a no-guilt punching bag for any jokes you guys make on here, and given his fragile ego and the fact he'll still be glued to reading this thread (even though he has the option of not reading the thread), every one of those blows are going to land.

I'll be happy to help with some info and pointers for any OP rewrite, but I am also going to say there are stages where I wasn't paying attention. Brian Martin/LifeInATent/FuturisticHub is someone that has nearly 20 years of history of being a lolcow online. I am honestly surprised his thread isn't larger due to the sheer amount of things he has done and been involved with (usually causing either drama or Brian to fail spectacularly). Then there is his brother Kevin, his time with Megan Lee Heart (which involves a really funny bit where he got catfished and cybered with an anon account and bitched about how much he hated Megan whilst still with her), he feuded with ShoeOnHead before she was relevant pre-gamergate, there was the fights he had with BlackBusterCritic and HappyCabbie. He successfully scared VICE into taking down a video on Reply Girls where they documented his death and rape threats to the original reply girl. He constantly tried to take down ED. He went after Oney and Psychicpebbles over a video making fun of Megan Lee Heart. There is just so much dopey and insane shit this guy has done, and all the while he was doing these things he'd be up all night trying to personally defeat a group of trolls who regularly got him to snap, breakdown, cry, beg for peace or even Satanic Curses.

The Satanic curses story is fucking funny. There was one account, I think it was some dude with the moniker Professor(something) that originally got Brian to start doing Satanic curses in response to being messed with. Well whoever the professor guy was ended up messaging a couple of us and told us about it, but he also got a hard case of Troll's remorse, he felt that Brian was not an asshole just severely mentally ill, so just gave up. That gave Brian the bright idea that Satanic curses worked, and under the account Cuddlegizmo, Brian started sending us all these fucking weird multipage curses, claiming that he was actually a Satanic High Priest who does black magic and that he'd fed our souls to demons and we'd be dead soon or something like that. We all laughed at him for this, openly, and after a week or two he went back to claiming he was going to rape and torture us and denied ever having typed out Satanic curses in Youtube sections or that he ever said he was a Satanic High Priest and that he'd sue us if we ever said he did (those paying attention may notice a pattern here).

I've always kinda wanted to hear Megan Lee Heart's side of things (real name Chrissie Barmore) but she's not a reliable person or even a decent one. It would just be funny to hear her stories and opinions a decade after they broke up and Brian started making minecraft porn.

Either way, there is a lot of history and lore with this guy, and he is in my opinion a lolcow on the level of an Ethan Ralph or a Nick Rekeita. He's just harder to keep track of due to his madness, his habitual dishonesty, his scammy nature and his habit of going quiet and deleting everything once the rage episodes calm down and he is lucid for a short period of time.

Obviously, this is Brian's sock account, but let's actually take a look at what Brian is presenting here. The file "012025" is an appeal from Brian, where he claims that he's a victim of "fraud on the court" during his lawsuit over a collaborative YouTube channel, "videogames"

In his Rule 60(d) motion and appeal, Brian Martin alleges:

• He was unaware of the lawsuit filed against him in 2014.
• He never authorized attorney Robert Wilson to represent him.
• Wilson acted without his knowledge, filing pleadings, engaging in settlement talks, and representing him at trial.
• He only learned after judgment that he had been a named defendant and represented at trial.

These claims are bullshit because:

• Brian Did Participate in the Trial
  • He appeared in court, was present during proceedings, and testified as a party, not just as a witness.
  • He acknowledged during the trial that he was involved in the ownership of assets central to the case (e.g., YouTube channels and IP).
• The Judgment Was Not Based on His Representation Alone
  • The federal court judgment (April 15, 2016) against him and Marko Princip was based on concrete findings of liability, including fraud and conversion of business assets.
  • The award of $18.6 million was grounded in factual determinations and testimony, not solely based on Wilson’s filings.
  • Martin received 20% ownership of a YouTube business worth millions, which he then fraudulently transferred to avoid paying plaintiffs, a major part of the damages.

Great evidence here, Brian "Waited for a 12-year-old girl I've been dating to turn 18 to marry" Martin, a man who represented in the past, says that you are innocent and correct

The last file is yet another appeal, this time about the FuturisticHub lawsuit regarding Holly's alleged ownership of FuturisticHub and other related Minecraft Animation businesses (which was proven by the court to be false). The appeal contains multiple arguments that are factually or legally unsupported or misleading. Let's dissect it

1. Appeal Argument: The trial court should have vacated the judgment because the fraudulent transfer claims were brought too late under the 4-year statute of repose in the Texas Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act (TUFTA).
   • Why it's bullshit:
     • The appellate court explicitly rejected this argument.
     • Brian and Holly argued that the clock started in 2016 when FuturisticHub LLC was formed, but no fraudulent transfer was alleged to have occurred on that date.

This claim is nonsensical, legally irrelevant, and fundamentally misleading. Because:

1. Emails ≠ Contracts
   • Even if the email exchange happened exactly as Brian describes, it still doesn't help him for this reason:
     • An email exchange about a proposed deal that never materialized into a signed contract is not binding.
     • Courts look at formal agreements, actions taken, and performance, not casual or preliminary negotiations.

Right so I have a question about this. Let's say he didn't benefit from the representation but actually suffered. For instance, let's say some neghole pozzer who also happens to be a lawyer is like "I'm going to represent the retard, without his consent, and throw the case on purpose" would that change the calculation? Obviously there would be some sort of civil action that could be filed against the lawyer, assuming Brian notices it quickly and doesn't let the statute of limitations run out, but what does that do for the appeal process? Would that be fraud on the court? Or do courts just say "hey buddy you're shit out of luck" because ngl that'd be kinda fucked up.
