The kitchen is a dead ringer. I find it nearly impossible that two different units would have the same floor plan in a non-symmetrical house (ie a normal house that wasn't designed to be chopped up into separate living spaces). It's almost certainly her unit.

Edit: I also cross-referenced photos that aren't seen in the Facebook post with the confirmed floorplan. It's 100% a match.

Placing bets on her getting kicked out. The haydurs have made it their life’s goal to ensure Cutie knows no peace even if it means non-stop harassing a landlord who is completely in the dark on the goings on of Gorl World.

Given how incessant and autistic they are (as they seem to believe even some rando should know about GW lore) I wouldn’t blame the landlord for kicking Cutie out just so they can be rid of the harassment.

My god, of course it’s the same apartment in the new listing and Chantal’s rental. She never put paper towels in the paper towel holder over the kitchen sink, and in both pictures, the plastic side holders are bent at the same angle.

ETA: And there’s Chantal’s Brita pitcher on the right of the sink, in case there was doubt that pic is of her residency.

If given notice to leave she'd still have 30-60 days so if this doxx is likely, I am betting her family forced her to relocate or landlord threatened further reports if she falsified something on her application possibly.

Then again, Gunt may just nope out like she did in Kuwait at any real threat from the Haydurs, but jokes on her because of time lost, rental deposit, loss of income to "hide" again, etc. Meh. Sufferin' and Guntin'.

Yup, so likely the landlord reposted the previous listing stock photos while she's hurpling her bed and CPAP out as we type! Maybe this explains her absence today as she had been doing multiple lives almost daily to recuperate those 🍁 Maple bucks.

The apartment rules were clear: no smoking, no pets, no noise, keep normal hours.

Chantal immediately got a cat, smokes nonstop inside, is loud, and is completely nocturnal when left unsupervised. Her place is already filled with trash and boxes, and probably multiple pet "accidents". The landlord may well have done an inspection in the first week after receiving multiple reports on Chantal, and one look at the place would be enough to know this situation is only going to go downhill.

On Topic: Maybe she's been given til the 1st to move out? Ad says its not available til then, maybe there's a provision to cancel the lease within 30 days for specific reasons? Is that a thing places in Canada do?

It said no cats preferred, but in Western world a landlord just has to give notice to leave if it's a severe infraction, otherwise any violation is remedied by the tenant immediately and with proof in order for her to stay. It's tough sometimes on landlords with ass tenants who abuse the court system and can live "rent free" due to court bureaucracy and administrative delays. It takes time to kick out an asshole and it's their right to squat even until court sends enforcement.

Thus, for her to just dip makes me think family involvement, fear, stupidity/neglect of her own options to fight a notice to remedy or vacate, or all of the above.

Love to see how she spins all of this.

EDIT: True, maybe she can dip before 30 days but a landlord would most likely withhold her deposit due to relisting inconveniences maybe? Seeing how Chantal is scraping bottom of cookie jar, we will see what she ends up saying.

I think before she rented (if it had the same description as their other unit) it said "no pets preferred" but now it straight up says no pets. It also says all 1-bedroom units are month to month leases in one of the earlier screenshots in this thread, so maybe they told her she had to be out by the end of her 1st month. They could have used the cat as a reason because I doubt she disclosed that she was planning on getting one.

It's not that easy to end a tenancy in Ontario, even one that is only a few weeks old. It's possible that both Chantal and the landlord agreed to go their separate ways, otherwise if the landlord tries to evict her this quickly she likely has a good case on her hands if she signed a 1 year lease. It doesn't matter if she has a cat, the laws in Ontario allow pets regardless of your lease. The vaping doesn't equal smoking.
 
Chances are she was given a notice to remedy or something, but she likely bounced because she didn’t want to deal with surrendering the cat as it would either jeopardize the car offer from FFG or give a “win” to her haters if she did on her own, car offer or no.

That would make sense.

It does also say it's available July 1st. Maybe she gave a notice, these are old photos before she moved in, and she isn't gone yet but will be.
