Hispanic and Indian immigrants are outdoing the native Shylocks, very sad!

“Also, I’m a Bronx girl. You should know that we can eat Queens boys for breakfast. Respectfully,” Ocasio-Cortez said in reference to the president’s Queens childhood.

But Slater, who was a senior when Ocasio-Cortez was a freshman, chimed in with the yearbook photo, pointing out that the lawmaker attended Yorktown public schools, including Yorktown High School.

“If you’re a BX girl then why are you in my Yorktown yearbook? Give it up already,” Slater tweeted.

Slater, in a statement to The Post, said the “AOC-Bronx mythology is laughable” to anyone who lives in the Westchester community, as do about 36,000 people.

“The truth is AOC is Sandy Cortez who went to Yorktown High School and lived at the corner of Friends Road and Longvue Street,” he said.

“She may think it makes her look tough or like some kind of champion for the radical left who voted for [mayoral candidate] Zohran Mamdani, but she really needs to come clean and drop the act.”
She comes off as an industry plant, but for politics.

I am seeing a level of shock in this thread, at New York deciding to embrace a commie mujeet more batshit insane than the nigger running Chicago.
I think it’s more shock at potential 4-5 person race. Either way we will get some kino out of this

Anyways it’s not a bellwether at all, this was just a perfect storm of adams being too dumb to step down, the moderates rallying around Cuomo, etc

"You went to Cranbrook, that's a private school."

Yeah I think the party apparatus buck breaks them ultimately

That’s why I don’t understand the why the DSA ,justice democrats and similar bother doing this because everytime they get someone in they just pivot to the center

Entryism from the right or the left into the Democratic Party is a fools game, the liches who control the national and most state democratic parties will literally die before giving up power
IIRC AOC was all rah-rah until the likes of Pelosi buck broke her. I will never forget her voting "present" for that Israel bill.

Better hope Stephen Miller gets most of his policies carried out since the Republicans are currently trying to sell off public lands and not really much anything so far to reduce immigration through legislation yet.

It's gonna be almost impossible to get legislation through beyond reconciliation, and even that's a tall task because of all the RINOs in the House and Senate.

nothing darwinian in getting hooked on opioid painkillers that corrupt doctors hand out like candy, then having to make the switch to street drugs when the doc or the insurance company decides to cut off your prescription one day

the "prescription oxy for pain relief -> opioid dependency -> street oxy -> street heroin laced with fent" pipeline is really fucking insidious
not as insidious as Alex Jones!
