Damn, it'd be a shame if Nick got busted with booze in his house immediately after felting AaronThe people siting in back of me whispered loudly, “We should get some booze and head over to Nick and Kayla’s house.”

If he had a restraining order he could have presented that and it would have put the whole situation in an entirely different light. But nooooo. He's a "public figure" so off to jail you go. Dumbass. The judge, a boomer lady who doesn't know Nick's also been fucking with Aaron only sees that Aaron not only has a history of abusing women, he has been talking about Kayla and Nick on his show despite the restraining order.
I mean, whats driving drunk/hight without proper papers among some friends in minestoa, but vageuly refering to Rakietas? no no no, public safety, im starting to belive zooluminati moreI get that the judge doesn't follow the insanity that is Rekieta online, but it's pretty ironic that a judge says Aaron's yapping is a matter of public safety when contrasted to Rekieta's insane and evil behavior both online and in real life.
This is the explanation I received..Could someone post SPECIFICALLY what happened? Don't we have boots on the ground?
Short version is this: Aaron had an order saying he can't talk about or even mention Kayla. That order is unconstitutional as fuck. They can't stop you from talking "about" somebody. They can only stop you from talking "to" somebody. Aaron's lawyer did not object to that order (he should have). In fact, he even agreed to it.
Then Aaron talked about Kayla. And Aaron's lawyer said, in Aaron's defense, that this is not a problem because he did not talk "to" Kayla, only "about" her.
The issue is, the order was entered by consent. It shouldn't have been. It was a horrible order. But they've got him dead to rights that he violated it.
And generally you have to follow even an unconstitutional order unless/until it is vacated. You can't just disobey it, even though the order is wrong. So Aaron is more or less screwed in terms of they can prove the violation, the only issue is the appropriate punishment and how you fix that order going forward.
And as Aaron's lawyer notes, Nick is going out of his way to catch Aaron talking "about" Kayla. So this issue is going to repeat itself over and over.
Anyway. He needs a new lawyer. Very badly. ... I hate the spot he's in, though, and it's only going to get worse because Rekieta is also threatening to sue civilly, which will require talking about Kayla.
I guess he can enjoy prison, then. He's not going to.
He's going to say "I'm a big important public figure like Opie and Anthony!" and then violate it again.
I, too, am at the point of Normposting.I actually hate everyone involved in this.
I can't wait for Aaron to get out of prison so that he can begin his jihad against the Dabbleverse, Inshallah! He still has the option for Aryan Nation with Brett or the Muslim Brotherhood with Ali.
All of this hullabaloo makes me glad to be a bachelor.
No kids and not even married, can leave at any time but just real like that.Aaron's girlfriend is NOT impressed with Judge Heidi Schultz

It makes me glad to not be from a fucked up family and have positive relationships with my father and mother. All of this hullabaloo makes me glad to be a bachelor.
Don't insult actual ladies comparing them to this feminist bovine. No insult to actual cows.boomer lady
Was our wife Qayla there to collect her KNU's, or our girlfriend side piece April at the hearing? As I was going through security, who should come in the door, but Nick Rekeita. I wandered around the first floor a little because I did not want to share the single elevator to the second floor with him.
There was nothing else for him to say. He knew the judge had already made up her mind. You don’t want to piss off the judge more.Defense argued Aaron was a local homeowner and a good guy with no violent felony record. He says there were multiple statements that could be interpreted multiple ways. My impression - the old dude’s heart was not in this argument at all. It was pretty bland.
Again, I guarantee Aaron is only saying that because he thinks saying he's a public figure makes him sound like a big important shock jock celebrity radio man like Stern. If he had a restraining order he could have presented that and it would have put the whole situation in an entirely different light. But nooooo. He's a "public figure" so off to jail you go. Dumbass.

If he doesn't take this moment to realise that Nick and his Alogs genuinely want him dead & will go to any lengths to acheive that, and then act accordingly - he frankly deserves any thing he gets at this point.Chiming in now as the heat dies down, and Nick gets what he wanted;
Aaron won't do that, Because quitting his show no one cares about will give Nick what he wants, and he can't have that. He'll take his day in Jail, get fucked over legally further, but it seems the STMS is the one thing he has so much pride in he's not giving it up.
