I think the PO is trying to do the bare minimum, only cares if Nick pisses hot, and is doing as little testing as they can, so even if Nick does drink there will be so much time between his drinking and the test that it'll leave his system

Nick's stated he's only been tested twice since the arrest
The PO is likely a normal person that just works for the state and to them Nick is a run of the mill junkie who's on a long list of other junkies.

You know, I was skeptical of the whole Candy Yoshi county court being in a large scale conspiracy with the Rekieta family, but it seems less and less implausible as Breaking Balldo: Season 3 continues
Not the same county, but still doesn't look good for rural Minnesota.

More new documents: release order and sentencing hearing instructions.

Aaron just replied to a text from Kevin Brennan. KB had asked him what happened and Aaron said he “had to go on a side quest today.” He declined the offer to jump on MLC.
Aaron just texted Kevin that he’s home now. I’m sure Melton will be there momentarily.

And generally you have to follow even an unconstitutional order unless/until it is vacated. You can't just disobey it, even though the order is wrong. So Aaron is more or less screwed in terms of they can prove the violation, the only issue is the appropriate punishment and how you fix that order going forward.

And as Aaron's lawyer notes, Nick is going out of his way to catch Aaron talking "about" Kayla. So this issue is going to repeat itself over and over.

Anyway. He needs a new lawyer. Very badly. ... I hate the spot he's in, though, and it's only going to get worse because Rekieta is also threatening to sue civilly, which will require talking about Kayla.
Isn't this basically the Kurt Eichenwald gambit?

I'm slightly hazy on the details since ironically it was Rekieta that talked about this years ago, but see wikipedia for some details and timeline:
In March 2017, a Maryland man was arrested in connection with the incident and charged with cyberstalking.[44][45][46] The federal cyberstalking charge was later dropped, although he still faced one count of aggravated assault,[47] with the tweet being considered "a deadly weapon".[48] The trial of the suspect began on December 16, 2019.[49] In September 2020, Eichenwald won his civil suit, although the criminal trial is still pending.[50]
The idea is if someone is dinged criminally, hit them with a civil suit on the same issue while the criminal part is pending, and while they basically can't say anything in the civil suit to avoid incriminating themselves criminally, you basically get a default judgement with extra steps barring settlement.

Is Aaron actually in jail?
This is definitely an L for Aaron and in a lot of ways Rekieta filled with arrogance is when he's his most entertaining (though I cannot stomach is smugness), but as we approach near the 10,000 post milestone it's clear he's completely transformed into Ralph, where the biggest victories in his life are other people losing. His life is such a failure that the only time he feels any sort of joy is when other people are dragged down to his level.
