That would require Aaron acting in his best interest
For what it's worth, while Aaron isn't acting in his best interest, he is acting in the best interest of the Farms. AWFTT
The really unfair part here isnt that Kayla can sue him, its that Nick is going to weaponize the civil justice system to bankrupt and life-ruin Aaron. Hopefully hes got a deceny lawyer that can articulate to a judge that Aaron's worst crime was sticking his dick into crazy (nick).
Matthew Hardin has the opportunity to do one of the funniest things right now. He won't, but it's there.
Aaron, your friends are mega dumb, all they had to do is not implicate you.
If he doesn't cut Geno and Keanu out of his life, he's one of the dumbest motherfuckers to ever live. They got him INTO the situation to begin with, then right at the finish line they help him snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Every goddamn time he interacts with these people they make his life worse.
Why can't Nick dress well ever?
He pays for one of those services that picks clothes out for you, because he's a retard who can't dress himself. He has some of the worst taste in clothes I've ever seen. It's fucking embarrassing.
I wonder if a competent lawyer could prove they’re all bullshit and outdo the judge on this, but eh, Aaron has never been good at making decisions, why would he get a good lawyer?
If I'm not mistaken, the guy he has for his attorney is a friend of his. He's risking his future and the future of his children because he won't stop acting like a retard, and he won't tell his dumbass attorney to zealously defend his rights.
It also explains why he surrounded himself with certain channels but showed no interest in others during the later panel days of Lawtube. He preferred channels with audiences that were easy to manipulate.
Keep in mind he was happy to rely upon Kiwi Farms during the Weeb Wars to send information to Ty Beard's law firm to try to help Vic.
Aaron committed a crime live on camera, hired the worst lawyer he could, and violated his conditions
Aaron made multiple wrong choices
Forgot the obvious: Saw Nick and Kayla and decided to enter a polycule with them, and not immediately say, "Ewwwwww."
Everybody thinks Nick gave his daughter cocaine. How would he even argue against that? Aaron just goes 'here's the report stating your daughter ingested cocaine. You owned cocaine. It was in your house unsecured. Your daughter did your cocaine.' Since Nick will never admit his daughter did cocaine, he wouldn't even be able to argue his daughter accidentally got into the cocaine.
Forgetting that he "admitted" during his plea that he used to get the charges against Kayla and April dismissed that he had access to the cocaine, and ONLY he had access to the cocaine. Which means by his own admission, his daughter probably couldn't "accidentally" get into the cocaine. He's the only person who could, and that's what he claimed on a legal document. It's not that far of a jump to assume she got into the cocaine because he gave it to her directly, or was so negligent that she got into it because he left it out, which doesn't feel like much of an improvement to the explanation of how a fucking child is testing positive for illegal substances that you pled guilty to possessing.
