It kinda isn't (aside from all frequencies being potentially linked to Pi in some way via the definition of an harmonic oscillator)? It's just an arbitrary frequency. Mind you that the sound you hear is never a pure, single frequency, but a pretty wide spectrum of overtones created even by a single instrument. And 432 Hz would only be dominant at the specific middle A, anything else would have a different fundamental frequency.
Dielectric resonance is an electrodynamic topic and not really related to acoustics, which is mechanical pressure waves. You know what actually resonates with water? Microwave ovens. You know what else? WiFi, it's in a similar frequency band in the GHz range (electromagnetic waves, of course, not acoustic waves), and it's the reason why water pipes heavily attenuate wifi signals. One could probably build a beastly WiFi repeater out of a microwave oven magnetron.
Now one can argue that these microwave frequency bands of water come from molecular vibration modes, which is why water is heated very efficiently by a microwave oven, but these molecular vibration modes are obviously in the GHz range and thus very far from the acoustic range.
And then we should get to how all the properties of water heavily change with temperature and impurities, like salinity and so on. Assuming some magic property of a single acoustic frequency doesn't really make sense.

Well we are assuming jewly explanations of the nature of reality. Not effects on an electrostatic plasma system, the aether model postulated by Tesla. Pretty bad for the "fossil" fuel industries if that theory started gaining traction. So everything then would have to follow a heliocentric materialist model in order to enforce a capitalist system, even including something as small as the effects of instruments and music in an aethyric system. except julian dates start on 4712 BC it's a universally accepted way to measure elapsed time in astronomy. The date jump is when the gregorian calendar was introduced, wasn't it?

so much of this stuff is based on conjecture that actually has a very simple explanation. im all about trying to peel away the veil but this isn't a veil, this a guy who doesn't even know what a mitochondria is that is upset about the fact that all eukaryotic cells have cellular machinery that shares genetic code.

like, brother, we eat plants. we get nutrients from plants. the plants are made from the same nutrients that we are. the leucine in a banana and the leucine in a steak are the same chemical and they were coded for by more than likely the exact same gene

Yeah, it's the result of three calendar cycles and less weird than one might think. Quite interesting, actually. 4712 BC was the last time when the three calendar cycles were all starting at the same time.

Crowley became consumed, he lost the plot. The Narcissist in him killed his work. While I do believe some of the practices helped him reach certain levels of enlightenment , they all ended up dragging him down.
