Worth mentioning that it would probably be about as easy to put together a compilation of Nick talking about Aaron, as it would be to make one about Aaron talking about Nick. I'd say Aaron's biggest argument is hackamania and the circus at the recent trial. Imagine being a 65 year old small town Minnesota judge. "So 100 people flew to las vegas and bought tickets to look at your texts and make fun of you... And then they flew out to your court hearing explicitly to harass and film you, visiting all the places you frequent to humiliate you and starting fights with your friends?' it'd probably seem like some kind of insane cult to them. Probably looks even worse than sharing 1 nude to 1 person and then vaguely alluding to it on your talk show. Also, the death threats too, probably.
If Nick sues is there any way to get the bodycam footage in discovery? Maybe Nick blamed Aaron during the arrest. Maybe the house being so disheveled could be why Nick's so mad at Aaron (he blames Aaron for the collapse of the state of the house)

One is left to wonder why Nick would be pursuing this on twitter—in the court of public opinion. If he really has a strong legal argument, wouldn't he just make those arguments in actual court? Wouldn't previewing his arguments like this give the other side advanced notice and a better chance at rebutting them?
One also must wonder why Nick is so invested in blocking this order from going through. Nick and Aaron aren't related, they have no shared business interests, they don't live near each other, they're not friends, and they have no other bonds tying them together. So why is Nick desperately trying to keep the court from letting Aaron have this restraining order?
If there's really no connection between the two men, then there's nothing that would be lost by having a court step in and tell Nick not to contact or harass Aaron. Nick shouldn't have any interest in stopping it. If they don't like each other, they should both just part ways, right?
But, of course, there is a connection: Nick wants to be able to continue to harass, defame, and do whatever he wants to Aaron with impunity.
And he wants to be able to do it after having already having gotten an order that prevents Aaron from doing the same to Nick or his family.
There is no principle at work here. Nick just wants a free pass.
It would sure be a shame for Nick if the court saw it that way.
If he keeps up this manic behavior (and he will), then I think they might.
By admitting that he has a team of people time-stamping and submitting everything Aaron does online it opens Aaron up to have the same. There's plenty of people who hate Nick enough to make this happen.
Just a week ago, Nick was going to do his cle courses and likely sue Aaron. He had a trap laid out for court for Aaron's sentencing, everything was perfect.
Now, Aaron won't be sentenced until October, delaying a potential civil suit. Aaron gets a temporary restraining order against Nick, further muddying the waters. Nick's response? Go on the pedofile's show to bitch about Aaron and try to crowdsource gotchas on Twitter. Galaxy gas brain moves we got here.

It's an Ex Parte order meaning Aaron filled out the paperwork, had a quick hearing, and the magistrate determined he met an immediate threshold to satisfy the HRO, so it's temporarily in effect.
Nick has the right to a full hearing on the merits and contest it. Sadly next week is only a 4 day week so he might not get in for a hearing until the week after.

As a Kiwi, my preferred option here is they have no direct contact with each other, but are allowed to talk about each other and their allies (to include spouses and significant others). That respects their 1A rights, and guarantees the most milk.
