That was...actually decent.
Like even the twist was genuinely funny.
It was alright until the forced gore in the end. Awesome. This could've actually had justifications of IMP not killing someone if they did abandon the assassination. But nope, take that for the gay cheating dad instead!
I like the fact Loona was able to open up, quite possibly the first time she showed her actual form to a human. And all for what? Just for that to be ruined for a cheap, tasteless joke. Great job, Vivzie. You
never miss when it comes to utter dog-feces writing.
I wish the guy instead did continue the valid crash out but instead of freaking out Loona and having the gun go off, he just reasonably panics and Loona tries to explain things.
He then takes a breather and tries composing himself. After, he looks back at Loona, still petrified but is willing to understand, places his hand on her shoulder, closes his eyes, and gives nonverbal head nod.
By then, we get a show-don't-tell understanding of him letting her know that he doesn't mind her true form and his eventual death. Then she grabs the gun and asks him one last time, "Thank you for understanding" and leaves out a mild tear before pulling the trigger on him, landing a clean shot to the head. His body slumps on her lap and the scene goes silent. Blitzo pops in and asks her if she wants to do their daddy-daughter day but declines, asking if they could give Mr. Wiggles a proper burial. They then bury him and Blitzo actually understands she's not in the mood for daddy-daughter and instead consoles her. Mr. Wiggles then proceeds to make it to Heaven. The End.
I still think Blitzo should've been cut out of this episode, genuinely. It should've focused on her and the assassination target entirely.
Yeah, I'm doing too much for this stupid short but considering Loona has had little character development since HB is nothing but The Stolas Show now, I had to give
something to this woman's character.
