do you have a single piece of evidence to support this? lets finally set this straight because this has been a game of "retard telephone". the source of the first claim comes from Encyclopedia Dramatica. there were no further sources, no DMs, no proof of the claim, just the claim itself. thats not to say its false, but theres no real evidence. however, the most incriminating part, about her being underaged, is wrong. in the ED article, it said he got rejected and cried LIKE a 16 year old girl, not that the girl was 16. read it yourself. also, he couldnt have been 30 at the time because this article is from about five years ago, and he just turned 33.



as for the second claim about his gf, again, you're going to need some proof. Based on the sign it's condemned for lacking emergency exits in the basement, so people can climb out of the windows in an emergency. As it is the basement does not have those. My understanding is normally these are grandfathered out for old construction like the S2 house, unless perhaps the county/state really doesn't want you there.

It is grandfathered in unless you do any new construction. Making the basement their studio though may have voided that though since it would require an egress.
