Unfortunately he is completely crippled when it comes to google searching, so he picked somewhere with state business taxes, which kind of goes to show that somehow in Connecticut he was potentially not paying business taxes or his retard-tier tax preparer was cooking the books in some minor ways for him since he was a friend of DSP's father (and also taught at the same college his father did).

The 1.5% Business & Occupation (WA State form of income tax) while higher than the 0% available in Florida or Texas pales in comparison to what he owes the Feds every year (roughly 20% average of his yearly income through the 4 different brackets of income he passes). So while he is still stupid and failed at picking a state without state income tax, 1.5% is still better than CT's 2%-7% state income tax rate.

Just a masterpiece of trolling mixed with an all-time narc meltdown on someone who, to that point, had been one of his most loyal fans (DJRuno is now a detractor, obviously)

He was always more funny when he was regularly sweating over finances and stressing over Muh bills.

KC gave him an unexpected influx of paypigs, and while the hardcore begging is occasionally funny, you can tell that his heart is not in it. I hope the dents will chill with the donos so we can get a return of sweaty, desperate Phil.

Maybe there’s like a natural equilibrium there? The pig-librium?

The more desperate Phil is for money, the more dents and trolltippers he attracts.

The less he needs the money, the more boring he gets, leading to a dent-drop off.

Phil cannot care for a child because it means attention is shifted from him. I have had my suspicions that Dave has cut off Phil for a year or so since Linda took like 14k out of her retirement, so he can be put on a payment plan. I don't believe the weekly phone call either. I think Phil has not talked to his parents in years. I think so because it is why he gets more skittish now, because he has lost that security blanket.

The time Dave sent Phil a fishing photo when Phil's tires got "stolen" showed just how little his own father gives a shit for him. I totally bet Dave at least knows of some of his son's antics online and probably like any father was like fuck this entitled little shit.

The funniest thing about that video is his absolutely dented Minecraft gameplay. He literally spends 30 minutes running back and forth trying to fill a small pond with water, when you can make infinite water sources in two seconds.

I honestly don't know how he isn't riddled with anxiety every day over his looming financial situation. His YouTube/streaming career isn't going to get better, as that's just the case for every content creator with fading relevancy, and he still hasn't learned how to manage money properly. So what's he going to do in 5-10 years when the income is the worst it's ever been and he still has moronic spending? I would not be surprised if he's back in the same situation he was in that video; stuck living paycheck to paycheck, paying off the bare minimum on his debt, in a perpetual loop.

It's crazy that he was once in a place where he was arguing over a measly $20 and still hasn't learned any lessons from that.
