I know lots of people have said that Ross should have nipped the roach's misinfo earlier on and used the drama to get the sign ups but I think there was a real chance that it could have been buried by all the wow drama going on and it would have become a bullet point of the ongoing drama at the time rather than an event in of itself. Also the urgency might have pushed people over the edge into signing it. Rather than a "oh there are months left I'll do it at some point / other people will sign it" it gives a "it's now or nothing" sense to it

This is not an alarming graph; it's exactly how the participation graph is supposed to look like for anything that you can only do once. The graph doesn't indicate interest level, it indicates the number of new people constantly being reached, over time. You can ask Ponzi how viable it is to keep that number growing. You cannot "revive" or turn around a graph like this without generating many times the original level of exposure.

IF he actually worked for the DoD/DoE as he claimed he would have needed at minimum a Security+ just for privileged access. If it's for pen testing he would need a CEH. Plus there's the whole clearance thing too. For that level, nuclear, if it's DoE he'd need a CNWDI and he'd probably need a Secret//SAP, maybe a TS//SCI, equivalent in the DoE space and you know he'd be flexing that hard if he did have that.

I think that once the movement needs less than 10k signatures a day it will have a high chance of keeping it's momentum people love seeing a number go down.
