Try zombies, it is super fun. You have to pay for the maps, but the one the game comes with is one of the best anyways.
I love Zombies and the maps on IW seem to look like it’s up my alley. But i tried the themepark one and nobody seemed to be in the lobby looking for a game
Multi is dead, you will have to find other people to invite into a private lobby or play solo. If you do the map easter eggs, you unlock special characters you can play as, for example David Hasselhoff in Spaceland. The Season Pass is usually never on sale, but maybe they made an exception for the Summer Sale if you're playing on PC. The other 4 maps are definitely worth it, well 3 of the 4 anyways. Beast From Beyond is universally seen as one of the rare maps everybody hates. The other ones are very reminiscent of Black Ops 1 zombie maps, if that's your thing.
I think one of the DLC Zombies maps from IW has Elvira as an easter egg. You can't beat that.

Likely because of Activision wanting to saddle Modern Warfare Remastered onto the deluxe edition and player fatigue of advanced, futurist movement. Also, why play Infinite Warfare if you have an alternative of Titanfall 2 at the time? Of course, Titanfall 2 didn't perform well either but that's from EA's meddling, not the game itself.
