However continued mistakes could draw the ire of the judge. It’s impossible for me to say what consequences there could be, as I’m familier with only a few SE Ohio courts, but in general it’s much better to limit these kindof things, you want things to run as smoothly for the judge as possible. Court can be long, frustrating, and tedious depending on the case and you would much rather have the judge annoyed with your opposition than you.
