Most of us can understand not having $20k in our bank accounts. But if your mortgage wasn't getting auto-pay'd from your bank account for 12 months, wouldn't you just have the money normally allocated for your mortgage payment sitting in your bank account by the time you realized? He had SOME money going into his account during this time, otherwise he wouldn't have been able to afford all the cocaine.

And this doesn't explain why he got the second mortgage, either.

Yeah I know, Nick got the second mortgage to feed his Cocaine addiction and spent his monthly Mommy and Daddy money also on cocaine, as we've all known for a while. It's just funny and weird to see him basically confirm it.
