Off-Topic MtFs in Women's Sports / Title IX Demolition

hopefully some of these girls post the apology letters

If it was me, I'd be taking out a full page ad in the NYT's, sending a press release to every major news channel, influencer, and youtuber I could think of. If I could scrounge up the money from a GimmeSendBlow I'd run a fucking 20 second national ad during the next Superbowl of me showing the letter, saying "UPenn can suck it!", and then tearing it in 1/2. I doubt they'd let me take a huge shit on it like I would want to while shouting "Total Tranny Death!" and still air it.

Bluesky coping about Penn complying with Title IX are great. The best:

Is there like any reason women should accept this apology? This kinda shit just moves with the times so chances are once democrats are in power again, they'll just reinstate the tranny and tell the women to fuck off. How about you take financial responsibility as well? What the fuck is an "I'm sorry" worth when you allowed the athletic careers of a bunch of women to be damaged who may have missed out on professional opportunities due to your fuckup? You take billions and create hundreds of debt-slaves every year from people just trying to be productive members of society, pay up.

I think trans people are officially on the outs with the dems now, if I had to guess what the next pet cause will be whenever Dems get back in office, I’d place my money on trans-humanism, pushing elective body-augmentations and prosthetic limbs even for healthy, able-bodied people.

There is no organized political movement for transhumanism. Bad take.

As president, Biden mandated male participation in women's sports, declared Easter a transgender holiday, and used his last few days in office to try to force a Constitutional amendment that would have effectively made anti-transgenderism illegal. Harris would have continued that and several prospective Dem candidates for 2028 intend to do the same. If the Dems return to office they will almost certainly reverse all the progress Trump has made on this issue.

lmao @ bringing up the Bud Light boycott. I wonder how many people even remember anything about Bud Light besides not liking it now.
Bud Light always tasted like piss water, even before it was tainted with troons. Not a good business idea to play the politics game in either direction when your product is already dog shit

UPenn is banning TiMs in women's sports and is stripping William "Lia" Thomas's swimming wins.

Yeah thats nice...Too bad NONE of the women are going to accept your retarded, ChatGPT inspired, horrid excuse for an apology. These women were uncomfortable being naked with a man in a locker room and this university told them to basically, shut up. And if they criticized their situation or frustrations, the university shunned their words and sided with the giga hun tranny who did this shit to get free medals.

These women were HUMILIATED on a global scale and now after, 4 YEARS, they said "Oh my bad, worshipping trannies isn't cool anymore so we'll take away the gigahun's medals and we're sorry!"

This University deserves to get sued into oblivion for being misogynistic towards a team of women who understandably were concerned about their privacy and safety in an enclosed space. Fuck them.

None. What was done to them amounts to sexual harassment and Sexual Assault by the institution itself. Above and beyond the clear title IX violations. The Coaches and Administrators that bullied and harassed these girls into "accepting" the autogynephalic sex pest in their showers and locker room. And that forced them to get naked in front of him, should be branded as Sex Offenders for life.

Her 'saddest moment' on Penn swim team

The Penn women's swim team regularly trained at a public waterpark during their Florida training trip and during these training sessions, according to the lawsuit, the Penn women's team shared the waterpark and the women's locker room at the waterpark with members of the public.

"The members of the UPenn women's team were shocked that Thomas used the public women's locker at the waterpark and undressed in the presence of children that appeared to be as young as four years old," the lawsuit alleges. "Members of the UPenn women's team do not believe their coach, Lia Thomas or anyone from UPenn advised the operators of the waterpark that a male was using the women's locker room."

Watching Thomas using a public locker room with little girls "was traumatizing to many members of the Penn swim team," the lawsuit states, and it was one of Estabrook's and Kaczorowski's "saddest memories of their time on the UPenn women's swim team."
Will there be an apology for facilitating an exhibitionist pervert to expose himself to little girls while traumatized team mates were forced to witness it and stay silent by Penn employees and the NCAA?

No. There'll be a lawyer-approved statement that goes something like "UPenn supports all of our students, especially the most marginalized. If that upset you, we are truly sorry," and doesn't concede anything that might be used against them.

Why would they need to create a new pet cause? They've carried on this long drumming up things like women's rights and Black Lives Matter. They wouldn't leave that well as long it has water. Trannies will make a roaring comeback, I think, just to spite the Republicans.

I have long agreed with this stance. There was a time where if a dude in a trenchcoat flashed you in public, it was seen as rank perversion and the cops needed to be called. There are also laws against peeping toms.

These shitheels decided they were entitled to things otherwise considered "illegal" because they called themselves women?

Personally, if I were in the legal space, I would be trying to make the phrase "male bodies" happen, since that's the phrase I use at a time like this. Women ultimately have the right to say a male body, especially where they will likely be naked, doesn't belong in women's designated spaces, no matter if he calls himself a woman or a one-eyed, one-horned flying purple people eater.

If the perception is that a body is male, why are Democrats throwing the concept of "feeling" some sort of hostile negative emotion out the window when it gladly fostered it among women via feminism? There are plenty of women that still complain about how hard-done they are by the world and the Left really only cares as long as trannies aren't part of the discussion, and then it's all "What oppression, where?"

You'd think they didn't codify Roe v. Wade because it didn't apply to all trannies or some shit.

There's been too much good news recently, so of course USA Cycling decided to step in. They have not updated their policies to protect women's sports and allowed "Kate" Phillips, a man, to compete in and win the women's 55+ race at the Lyons Masters National Championships in Wisconsin. The woman who actually won the race boycotted the podium in protest.

Reminiscent of the fencing thing that happened this winter where it seems like the race organizers kept the man's name off the online roster so women could not boycott the event in advance.

There's a story in the Daily Mail which repeats mostly the same points, but includes a couple of photos. Here's Shrek on the podium.

Notice that the second place step is empty. That's because the real winner, Debbie Milne didn't turn up.
