Same as when Nader (allegedly) told Chantal he loved her it was when payday came, his rent was paid, his Adonis haul arrived, and his outhouse drugs had been acquired. Then there was the highlight of her life, The Toronto Trip, when she was "girlfriend for one week." If you remember, they had a fight the night before and Chins was trying to decide whether to cancel the trip or go by herself. They she learned of the Mae thing, said she believed Mae, and started blowing up his phone. Lo and behold, Nader was with her on the trip the next day and she was planning a wedding (in her own mind, at least). AND! In that timeframe she posted a rant about how she was going to get a lawyer and sue Mae for defamation, or some such.I have no doubts his declarations of love are just as scripted. They're just words to him, he doesn't care. As long as he gets her money, he'll say almost anything.
For those who don't think that she makes enough money for it to be worth it for Salah (and I was one of them for the longest time), remember he's a deadbeat living in the Middle East, where Chins' YT bux go farther.
She is always like that at the beginning of every "new adventure." She thinks the decision to do whatever stupid thing she has chosen to do THIS TOIME is going to be the Creamiest ever. It's not so much the idea of going to something better, it's running away from something that she fucked up (debt and the narc injury of losing Nader (in Canada), being called out for breaking laws in Kuwait, and most recently, the debacle with the apartment and cat in Cornwall).Kiwibros, was Islam actually right about women? She seems less miserable in an Islamic war-torn shithole than most women I've seen stuck in Eternal Jew Daycare...
Anything can happen with Chins, but I think that she is going to become disillusioned with Syria faster than she became disillusioned with Cornwall and leave of her own accord before anything "happens" to her. But it won't be because of the instability of the region, the poverty, or the lack of running water. Primarily, it will be because of the lack of fast food and AC. We were all surprised that she stayed in Kuwait for as long as she did, but it was because all she really cares about are those two things. And her trips to Canada during that time were primarily to get particular fast food that she was "craving" and couldn't get in Kuwait. Secondarily, she's going to have to work around the electricity being available to charge her phone and use her CPAP.
