I kind of wonder if Nick reached out or talked to the Daily Mail/ maybe even sent them stuff and it sort of backfired and now Kayla is in crash out mode.
'The purpose of the app was to keep things private among each other, and all agreed nothing would be shared to others,' the criminal complaint as seen by Daily Mail read.

Imholte had an alleged 'breakdown' in April and began talking negatively about her and sharing details of their relationship on the Steel Toe Morning Show.

My honest theory:

Nick retained a lawyer to fight the RO like he said he would

The lawyer immediately said "what the fuck are you doing, Nick? Are you some kind of retard? Why are you doing a 4 hour stream talking about the guy you got an RO from? Shut the fuck up and go offline until the RO hearing and you can go back if you get it lifted!"

Maybe Nick's parents forced him into a short term rehab or something and, unlike Bossman's parents, Nick's can afford a 'actually take my retard son's phone' rehab.
Given his aggressive use of nitrous after years of booze and cocaine he seemed ready for medical issues any day now. I am curious if now is the time it’s catching up to him.

A few weeks ago I asked Grok how long it takes an underweight forty year old with a long history of alcoholism, several years of cocaine abuse and visible hypoxia to see consequences from nitrous use, and the AI made it seem like each huff was tantamount to a round of Russian roulette. I forgot about it, since he obviously didn’t have a stroke or a heart attack lately. But now, I really have to wonder.

Why would they start now? They’ve likely refilled Nicks allowance so he can retain the best of attorneys to battle Aaron’s HRO. He NEEDS to be able to speak freely about Aaron. Unsure what the reason would be, except…..

I think Aaron got a wake up call last week and realized this shit will only continue if he does nothing. Nick will continue to poke at Aaron and try to get him to snap. Melton is working with Nick behind the scenes to destroy Aaron's life. On one of meltons recent shows, he admits he and Nick have talked about nick’s goal is ending Aaron’s life. Melton quickly followed that to say it “obviously” won’t be by Nicks hand, stating, “why would Nick want to imprison himself for killing Aaron. He has a family.”

I understand that to mean that nicks goal is to continue to go at Aaron legally and online until he ultimately kills himself. I can see it happening. Aaron did the right thing getting an HRO however I don’t think it’ll stick.

Yeah vendettas like this never backfire and completely decimate the aggressor’s life instead. I’m sure Nick thinks he has it all figured out and that can’t happen to him.

Again, Nick’s trashy true crime story is just getting started. Invest in (pop)corn futures.

Nick has literally responded on Twitter to the question of "why do you keep going after Aaron" with "because he's still alive"

He 100% wants to drive Aaron to suicide and hopefully Aaron realizes this is real and not some kind of Jocktober style goofy fake beef

Aaron at the very least needs to give up on this gay radio shock jock shit
I dunno. He seems to make around $100K/year + local "sponsorships". (That's based on my independent #s but also verified by Moody's. He has said the same, and he's pretty autistic.)

I'm still a little confused how he funds the nice-enough home's mortgage, 3 kids' support + healthcare, car insurance, etc.

He has mentioned that his grandmother died with more money than anyone expected so his kids' college tuition is covered. Perhaps he got some cash from that?

I'm in the minority here but I think his show is pretty fun despite being light and superficial. I'm not his target audience. It's Rumble-normie male oriented. Regardless, he keeps me up to date on all the Tucker, Candace, Trumpy etc. drama, which is amusing.

I'm genuinely surprised he doesn't have more subscribers considering his strong work ethic.

I think he wants to drive him into bankruptcy through lawfare. Aaron is the only reason that Nick will do his CLEs for a civil suit.

Side note: Nick mentioned that he'd consider streaming doing his CLEs. That's very Destiny of him. That would be genuinely entertaining, and I support this idea.

Agreed, also I think you can go back and forth on how good he is but ultimately he's 40ish and his meaningful career experience is being a shock jock radio personality/comedian, that's what he's built for himself and that's foreseeably what he's going to keep doing so he has to do what he has to do to pay the bills I guess.
